I cannot understand all the negative reviews here for Oneflight. I have been a member for almost a year, taken more than thirty flights with the company and have nothing but admiration and positive experiences to report. I am thinking the negativity must be related to some confusion between the Oneflight I use and possibly another company with a similar name? All about the sale...service is horrible. Why is it that the salesman is the only live person you can talk to? And the salesperson cant fix the ops folks screwing up a requested flight...one flight needs to invest in customer service folks. Warning! Stay away from OneFlight International at all costs. This is the absolute worst company in the business. This company is all "smoke and mirrors" and operates extremely high-time old aircraft (ask for tail numbers). They do not care about their customers; they only care about their image, from my perspective. The few airplanes they own are primarily old aircraft made up to look good but doesn't hide the fact that their aircraft are decades old, and one airframe in particular is over 40 years old. The crews operating these old aircraft are worse. They are rude, untrained and unprofessional. Do your own due diligence regarding this dysfunctional operation. I encourage you to do your own Google search to get the complete picture and nature of the aircraft (ask for tail numbers) and character of the employees (ask for names) this company employs to operate their aircraft. You will be shocked by what you will find, as I was. Old aircraft, minimal experience and criminal backgrounds are the highlights from the CEO down to the pilots and aircraft. Do not do business with this company. I bought a 100 hour card and they have been a total disaster to work with. I have been requesting a refund of my trust held dollars for months with no response or progress. I had them quote a flight last week November 2022. They quoted me over 30 thousand dollars for a flight I was able to book with Verijet as a non member for 15 Thousand dollars. They wont even offer a turbo prop at this point. They took their flight minimum to 2 hrs from one on light jets for months. The very few flights I have booked with them have been a disaster with multiple changes of aircraft and an inability to confirm an aircraft until the last minute. My business partner was stranded on a trip with his family and again no effective communication or solution offered and they told him he would not be due a refund despite their inability to provide a flight This company is running many specials right now for extra hours and cash deposit bonuses. In my opinion this business is running a ponzi scam. There are many solutions out there stay away from these people they are the worst. I have no idea why the other few reviewers had such a poor experience. When I see a company putting their best foot forward and taking care of their customers like Oneflight does, I feel it's important to stand up for the company and get the word out. I researched a ton of companies before deciding on Oneflight. I compared them to all the major players like WheelsUp, etc. I put my spreadsheets together of costs, I compared ease of booking, safety and finally I really focused on the company's efforts to bring me on as a client. Oneflight won in every respect. For our first flight my wife, 3 kids and their teacher flew from Hayward, CA to Arlington, TX. It was a last minute booking due to the fires here in the Bay Area (my family had to get out of the smoke). That said, it was my first trip so I had to jump through a couple of additional hoops on the reservations but nothing was difficult. A few days after booking the plane I reserved, Oneflight customer service team contacted me to let me know the plane was actually booked by another client. So, as they do in these situations, they upgraded me to another, newer plane. They took care of transportation to the airport. They took care of catering (pizza, burger, salads). It was an absolute perfect experience and that customer service team is top notch. We're about to book another trip for the holidays and I can't wait to use their service again. One final note. When I was reviewing private charter companies it was very difficult to find valuable reviews. You can find examples of cost but finding more thorough feedback was a challenge. One flight just raised their price per hour from approximately 6000 an hr to 9000 an hour for members more than 1 year old. It feels like a scam. The service is great and they do a good job but 9 to 10000 all in PER HOUR is over all the other companies like NETJETS. BEWARE. In addition. I caught COVID 2days before a scheduled flight and became very sick. The flight was $16000.00 and i could not make it. One flight fined me the entire amount even though i was very sick and was quareneteened. From the hospital. The hospital checked up on me a few days later. One flight sent me a health report to fill out 3 days after the flight was to go and i filled out yes on all the questions that said i was sick and they sent it back to me that i was ok to fly. It may be against osha rules to go on a plane with a crew with a positive COVID test. GREEDY. read more

This company is the worst example of customer service. I bought a card and it has been nothing but a disaster. Their advertising campaign is completely inaccurate and should be reported to the FTC because they require a 72 hour pre-booking not including weekends plus money being on deposit. On a previous occasion I booked a flight and there were department did not open the wire for several days which caused them to bill me extra funds which I currently still owe but will never pay and lose the $40,000 plus that I have on deposit I have started using Jettly which is by far a superior company. read more

One Flight changed aircraft on me (the non-stop one I selected could not do the trip as advertised, Oneflight changed the pickup airport FBO to one 30 minutes father away from the one I booked with them (I booked the FBO 12 minutes from my friends ocean estate), Oneflight then changed the pickup time on me, for 1.5 hours later than I had booked (then actually picked me up 4 hours late), Oneflight then delivered me to the wrong FBO airport 1.5 hours away from my home (again not the FBO I booked for my destination which is 7 minutes to my home). read more

We have been very impressed by oneflight's customer service, booking process and flights thus far. Truly a 5 star experience

This company has a questionable sales program for private air charter services. They force you to pay a $50,000.00 membership fee every year to use your miles for the current and/ or previous year if the miles you paid for were not used in the previous year. I tried to book flights in December of 2017 for upcoming trips in January 2018 and they said they couldn't book the flights unless I paid another $50,000 membership fee due Jan 1, 2018. I did book flights with them in 2017 and the quotes for the flights had extra charges added to their "low" hourly rate which increased the hourly flight time dramatically over the low advertised and contractual rate. The salesperson, Jan Brown, explained to me that they had to charge these other fees to the quote to compensate for their low hourly rates! They charged pilot RON charges ( for overnight stays at the outbound landing location ) however, the pilots never stayed overnight. They charged landing fees on one quote for $2,500 which is extremely excessive based on the normal airport landing fee rates. They charged a 5% credit card fee to pay for one flight; more than the credit card company charges them. You will regret using this jet broker. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I actually got to speak with the CEO of the company, I think his name was Ferrin who was exceptionally rude. He was very condescending and did not speak to me as one should speak with a consumer. I have never been spoken to like that by a CEO or anyone of intelligence to be honest. He was not tactful, aggressive, and very condescending. I was asked by them to send over other quotes I had received. Which the price was never an issue. The issue was Jan (sales rep) stated I could get a free complimentary flight as a promotional offer (I did not asked for this) if I chose a membership. She offered this after I'd given her full details on the passenger amount and equipment. Jan later told me the CEO could only do a credit. Which was fine because as stated I did not ask for this. However, this was offputting and a bit of a red flag. Due to this, I decided to do a charter rate oppose to considering a membership rate because I wanted to see if I liked the experience before committing to a membership especially after the comp flight promise wasn't what she originally stated (that I didn't ask for) . It was like they wanted to pressure me into the membership oppose to a normal charter, because once I stated I'd like to do the normal charter they were still trying to press the membership. That is why Jan put the CEO on the phone. He was trying to tell me that the other quotes I was given weren't valid. However my issue was never about getting a cheaper rate. I simply didn't want to do the membership. I didn't want to do the membership without trying the service first. The CEO failed to see this and instead was very rude. The way he spoke to me as a potential customer was really distasteful. I honestly have never experienced anything so horrible. In the future as I do interviews, press, seminars, and all media I will always use this experience to educate entrepreneurs on how not to treat their consumers and to let people know how horrible this company is. Also, I kept asking for his name and he got very offensive. After researching, now I see why. I would like to give them less than 1 star but that is not possible on this site. We used them once for a charter which was fine but quite pricey but most charters are. We were then heavily sold on buying a membership card with a great limited offer. We were told the cost was all in for flights, but after signing the contract and sending money, things changed. We went to book our first trip and were told that it would cost an additional $10,000. So they only use the card money for 1/2 the cost of trip and you pay the rest. Which is not what was explained to us! After many conversations with our sales associate we were assured we would be given a full refund minus a small fee. That was in January and now its March 8th and we were informed yesterday that we would receive our refund at the first of April minus a processing fee of $3000.... Beware!!! I would definitely NOT recommend or use this company!! read more
