They don't even know what the difference between "Features" and "Benefits". They also had a lot of internal issues with the owner running point from Vermont while the staff was local in Charlotte. Most of the time he over-ruled them and US! They held us hostage over a very small invoice that was outside the scope of services but we were forced to pay. Last, a good friend of mine called me and asked for Synchronicity's info because he had a small change that needed to be made. I told him I was not happy and that they did a poor job, but my friend said it was so small they couldn't possibly screw it up. Well, they did and he called me to tell me the screw ups that he oversaw by them. Do your homework and make sure that you know all of the people there that will work on your account AND make sure that the owner doesn't stick his nose when it is unnecessary.
