Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. He let me think over which pair I wanted without threatening that they'd be gone the next day (unlike Capri). I highly recommend him and wish I had found him before I got engaged!

My engagement ring was a relatively thin platinum band, and they had warned us that the band would be malleable due to the material. However, I didn't realize how malleable it could get until after I began wearing it. I was so set on choosing platinum because I figured it would be the easiest and most low maintenance material. The band kept losing its shape any time I wore it. It began driving me insane because I needed to come in and get it fixed almost every 4-8 months (depending on how frequently I was wearing it). I started to get anxiety everytime I wore my engagement ring because I was so afraid of it losing shape. I began to wear it less and less and stuck to my wedding band (which is white gold--lesson learned) only. I was also too afraid to go to any other jeweler near where I lived to get the ring fixed because I truly only trusted Bridal Ring's team. Finally, I was done feeling afraid and decided to switch the band entirely. I explained to Zoe, an associate at Bridal Ring & explained the situation. We discussed the different options and ultimately we determined I wanted to switch my band to the lowest maintenance metal I could without losing the integrity and design I initially had. Let me just start off by saying I visited three pawnshops before I finally ended up back to this one which I went to a year ago and had made the mistake of not just going back to this one. I went around trying to get $50 to pay a bill with a $200 lens the three places I went to prior to this one either told me that they could not help me or that they wanted something else like jewelry. That's just out of hand if you are also a loan shop. One stop shop is the place to go I highly highly highly recommend anybody even if you have to drive out of your way 20 miles go to this place you will not be disappointed, you will not be driven out of there an unsatisfied customer. you will walk-in happy and you're going to leave happy. Both times I went there both the gentleman behind the counter where nothing but nice and understanding that everyone has a bad day and there are there to do anything they can to help you with what you need help with. I've been here maybe 3 times. I came with my boy friend and he just wantedto know if his grandfather's pocket watch would be worth anything and the owner was really nice and honest about it. Like its worth this much but also it would be worth more if it's fixed, etc. So I got good vibes and wanted to come back and look at some things. We came back and saw a nice old antique typewriter but it was already for someone else so we bought another old typewriter. Again great service and really nice about everything. I came back yesterday with my sister because my boyfriend left his typewriter at home in another state so I wanted to surprise him and went back to see if they had another one. There it was another antique one. The owner said he'd let me have it for 75 but i didn't have cash so i came back today. the owner wasn't there but his staff was there and were very helpful. Don't shop at this Pawn Shop! We brought in several pieces of basketball memorabilia including a autographed basketball by Kobe Bryant and a few other autographed tennies and shorts. We wanted to know there value and to sell them. We made a verbal agreement with the owner that he would find out the value and to come back in a few weeks. When my husband went back, the guy said he had sold the ball for 50 dollars, without his permission. He had no choice but accept it even though an employee told him that the owner took it home. He left the other pieces there and told him he would pick them up. when he went back today the guy told him he threw the other things away and that the place wasn't a storage. It was our fault for trusting him but we believe in people and are just not that kind of people. We have bought several power tools from him and he will never get our business again. There are many pawn shops on LA Cienega and if we need something we will go to them! read more

The owner is a CROOK.. he sold me a tv for 400 dollars, it was a nice TV so I didn't mind the price. When I got the t.v home I realized it didn't have hdmi built in so I contacted the owner about the missing components and he told me to stop by, and when I arrived he said he couldn't find it so he would help me find one. Long story short he never answered my calls back and basically said eff you! Money isn't in a shoe for me it's the lack of morality that this business has. Ok listen, One Stop Pawn is the best pawn shop I've ever been to! They sell great items and know what they are doing. I don't pawn stuff but Steven the owner explained it to me. They didn't rush me.
