I believe it is now jiffy lube, whatever they may be, DONT GO! They charge 120 dollars and mark off that they put air in your tires, change your filter, wash your windshield and they do absolutely none of this. Waste of time, waste of money. I will start by saying that I don't know very much about trucks, so when the person who services mine goes out of his way not to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, it restores my faith in humanity. My father spends six months off Cape, and I wanted to have the oil changed in his truck as a welcome home surprise. I brought it to One Stop, and within a few minutes a gentleman appeared holding a metal part in his hand. It looked to me like bad news, and I was fully prepared for him to tell me that something was going to need to be repaired. Nope. He wanted to let me know that the truck was fine, and was full of clean oil. It made sense after I considered that it had spent much of the winter sitting. Thank you to One Stop for always being courteous, convenient, and above all, honest. I would not have known the difference had they just gone ahead and changed the oil. read more

They stripped the oil pan bolt and threaded a new plug to temporarily fix the damage. . They then refused to service my car because they were afraid that that would happen again. They refused to give me contact information on how to appeal to their corporate offices. They are not loyal to their long term customers when they damage their cars. . read more

This place told me that my steering fluid needed to be changed at 30,000 miles. The owners manual doesn't recommend it be changed until 75,000 miles. I would not recommend. They try and sell you on a bunch of things you're fine without. read more

They were quick, efficient and had a decent price for synthetic oil. We drove in without an appointment at 1:37 and we were out by 1:50. 06/03/19 Pulled in and there were a couple cars waiting but no one was giving direction, I pulled in behind a car in line and still no one said anything. When the car in front of me pulled forward so did I, suddenly an angry old guy comes rushing out giving me a dirty look and rudely says "it's the red car than that car THEN you!" And that's no problem but don't come out and give me attitude when no one had given me previous directions. read more

So, typically I hate getting my oil changed. I hate having to sit in that waiting area with all these other people. I hate being asked a hundred questions about my car that I don't know the answer to. This place was great! I drove up, they asked if I needed an oil change and then provided me the service on the spot! The whole process took about 10 minutes and they charged me $35. What a deal! read more

stopped in for a oil change. They may be fast but quality is questionable. they started the engine without tightening the oil filter, big mess. I asked if they were going to lube the drive train. The Manager said yes both fittings... I corrected seven fittings. It turned out they didn't have grease gun tip that could a standard Toyota Tacoma drive train. I used a standard grease gun all the time on it. nothing special required They were ready to send me on my way thinking I was set to go without actually lubing the U-joints. I don't trust them. I think the employees are great and really try but the place is mismanaged. Really a lube shop without a standard grease gun fitting. I'd like to support them, but I cannot anymore. And when I was driving out one older man glared at me. I went to One Stop today ... to have my oil changed. To say I'm disgusted with the service would be putting it lightly. I first noticed some sign of trouble when the guy in the pit became disgruntled and motioned to the others wildly. Never-the-less the job was completed and I left. I drove out of their shop without brakes! I had no idea! I drove down the hill from One Stop Oil Change and had to use my E-brake to stop. Thank God, I did not have my young sons in my truck!! Thank God, I did not kill someone. This is a serious matter. I immediately went back to One Stop. They knew what the problem was instantly, because they caused it. Someone hit the break line, an honest mistake. My truck is a '97 F-150, and I live on a salty Cape Cod. However, I have a very serious issue with how dangerous it was for them to let me leave their shop knowing full well I had no brakes. In addition; no one comped my oil change, no one offered to stay at the shop with me while I arranged and waited for a tow, no one apologized, showed concerned, offered to fix the line or pay for the tow. I could have done a better job without these safty issues, on the ground, in my driveway. Next time I will. This goes beyond the worst customer service ever. One Stop Oil Change, you are danger to anyone who comes through your door. read more

So much easier and quicker than I feared! Anticipating a long drive tomorrow in the summer heat with the "Change Engine Oil Soon' alert on my dashboard, I rang around a couple of places to try to get someone to agree to do an oil change today. No luck, but thanks to their recommendation of One Stop in Orleans, I had an unexpectedly easy, straightforward time of it. Blown away by how efficient these guys are! I called to make an appointment but they told me it was first come first serve, so I figured I'd be waiting awhile. When I got there I got right in and they were done with everything within 15 minutes. I knew I needed some windshield fluid and asked if they sold it there and he told me don't worry because they already touched up all the fluids in my car and checked everything under the hood! Love it! An oil change was about $40. The guys working there were super nice and friendly. I will definitely bring my car back here again! read more

Bad service, they didn't replaced my oil filter on my Volvo s40, didn't had it in stock. They send one of their guys to the car parts store to pick up one, and come back with the wrong oil filter. They put the old one back in, never said anything to me, and charged me for a new one. I have Illinois plates on my car just moved back home to Cape from school. I'll bet you they where thinking that I'm out of state and just passing. I have pictures to prove and my bill from them. read more

Had my oil change today for my 2015 Chevy Silverado. Arrived and waited only 5-7 minutes for my vehicle to be ready. Only gripe would be is after a few minutes they came in and asked if I used synthetic oil. (first oil change w/ 4860 miles) I did not know but they insisted they put synthetic oil in. I could have fallen victim to an up-sell to $75 oil change but I wait to see a performance difference. read more

Came here today for the first time. Absolutely the BEST EXPERIENCE at an oil change station ever! Hands down fantastic !! The guys were all nice, friendly, and the whole thing was done in 10 minutes, from pulling in to driving away. They washed my windshield, refilled my brake fluid and wiper fluid for no extra cost. The same type of abusive incident happened to me three years ago. I was pulling into One Stop-was on the cell phone, ready to hang up, when an employee starting screaming at me and calling me names. I was shocked and said I wouldn't be spoken to like that- the man mocked me; his co-workers laughing. I pulled away very upset--later called the manager and he basically didn't seem to care about this type of treatment of a female customer. I've never been back. read more

Warning DO NOT go to One Stop Oil Change in Orleans. On 11/19 we got our scheduled oil change there (we had been getting them there for 2 years). A week later on 11/26, while driving on the highway a rod snapped and shot a piston through the engine. The car was towed back to One Stop. The manager, Francis, told us that he had checked the video and oil had been added, and he had personally checked the oil cap and the seal and both were on tight so they were having the car towed to Nauset Auto to see what caused this to happen. Nauset Auto informed One Stop that they were liable for the damage to our engine (One Stop didn't know we knew that they had told them that). The owner of One Stop, Brad, called to say that the damage to my engine was not their fault but out of the goodness of his heart he was going to pay to replace the damaged engine. He informed me that since it wasn't really their fault (a flat out lie) that they would not provide us with a rental (like promised by the manager if the damage was their fault). The first engine they got to replace our destroyed one ended up being a dud and when I spoke to Brad (owner of One Stop) again he went mental on me screaming, swearing, calling me a vulgar name, and telling me he was no longer going to fix the car. I contacted Nauset Auto who still had my car and told them about how he reacted and what he said. The amazing staff there took over, and needless to say another engine was ordered and put in. We just got our car back today 12/20, 24 days after this whole thing began. I would highly recommend avoiding One Stop Oil Change in Orleans, MA. We learned from the towing company that towed our car that we are not the first tow he has had to do for a similar situation connected to One Stop Oil Change, we are actually the 5th tow. If they damage you car it is a ridiculous hassle to get your car repaired. read more

I have been going to this One Stop for many years and many cars. I drove in today and they came out and said that they don't service Land Rovers. They have been doing this same car for the past four years, I peeled their oil change reminder off of the windshield that was only 3,000 miles old and gave it to the guy. Anyone have a suggestion for a quick change oil place that wants some business? read more

Worst experience ever!! I have been here 3 times .. and after this experience I will NEVER EVER go back. They were incredibly rude, so rude and couldn't even tell me how my oil was. I have had issues with my oil before and just wanted to know how it was even though I was getting it changed about 1,000 miles before it was even due. They couldn't answer my question .. which leaves me to ask ... DID THEY EVEN CHANGE MY OIL?? OR JUST TAKE MY MONEY?? They will NEVER get my business back and I would warn away anyone else looking for an oil change .. it is just not worth it! read more

I also had a very poor experience with the folks at Orleans One Stop oil change. They seem to be determined to irritate everyone that comes thru their place of business. As I approached the entrance there was a guy outside smoking a cigarette and I proceeded to enter the building. The guy inside started to yell at me say that I wasn't supposed to enter without permission. He was abusive and I asked him if he treated all his customers this way? The abuse continued and I informed him that he just lost a customer forever. Another guy who may have been the boss smiled and opened the exit door and waved me out. These guys just don't care and I advise everyone to avoid this place. Changing oil isn't rocket science and there's many places to have it done at competitive prices. I went up the street to Midas where I was treated with respect by courteous personnel and they did a great job. I hope the general public gets the message and these guys (Orleans One Stop) either go out of business or learn to treat their customers with a little respect. read more
