I have been a regular at the One Stop Nutrition - Biltmore location for many years. This Mayo location is convenient after Pickleball at Center Court Pickleball Club or a workout at Lifetime Fitness. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Gavin for a few months now and he is the Smoothie/Protein Shake expert! Their "Secret Menu" is worth seeking out. My three favorite shakes are the Nutter Butter, Butterfinger, or Captain Crunch "Ooops All Berries". Don't forget your Pre-Workout supplement as well! Very clean and organized store. If you are looking for ANY type of supplement, they have a huge selection of brands, flavors, and sizes. I stumbled across this place while taking a break from Lyft driving. I was starving, but didn't really want to eat something heavy. So, when I saw this place, I thought, "Oh! Smoothies!" While walking up, I seen all of the hotties entering lol tall, handsome, fit body men everywhere! It was like a man wonderland lol but back to the shop... lol I entered and was greeted with a big smile. I let the cashier know that I've never been to this place before, and he kindly went over the menu for me. I decided to go with a smoothie with OJ, peach, mango, and a glutamine boost. For the most part, the smoothie was good, but it had a funny after taste to me. I didn't know if it was the boost or what? But, it definitely wasn't a smoothie from like Jamba Juice or something like that. But, the smoothie was definitely a great meal replacement! I was able to get back to driving, feeling full! But, I'll definitely come back to visit to pick up some multi-vitamins and peep out the hotties lol read more

Got here at 7:53pm. I know they close at 8pm but I just got off working a 13 hour shift and needed a shake before I hit the gym. Walked in and the lights were off but employees and their friends I'm assuming were standing around just talking. I asked if they're closed and they said they "close at 8pm but if I want a shake I can't get one" because they "bleach the blenders 15 minutes before close but then can't use them for an hour after?" I asked "why wouldn't you do that at 8pm after business hours?" They just all looked at me and just said sorry . Don't have your hours posted for a certain time if you're going to randomly close early or get better staff that don't try to close shop early. read more

Went in 03/03/21 between 7pm-8pm. This was my first time in this store and I won't return. The biggest issue is that YES THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS. Seems to be this store's MO based on other reviews. How shameful is it that they sell products you ingest and they cannot keep their own house in order. Realized the expiration after I got home and ate half the product. I just thought the brand was bad (I tried something new). Nope expired. Will it make you sick? Doubtful, but customers pay for FRESH, not when quality degrades. The clerk with longish, blonde hair was helpful. The other was unfriendly, not knowledgeable about the products/services, and was scolded to put on a mask. I even had to ask him to get someone else to answer my questions. read more

This One Stop is pretty excellent. From the shakes to the products on the shelves, everything comes out to order with a friendly staff to boot. Not much I can say here that is unique from the other locations, but I'm personally a fan of the Pina Colada, though I do see a lot of other folks mix some of the fruit options. The biggest bonus is that across maybe 4 or 5 locations in North Scottsdale, this was the only one at the time having a $5 shake promotion, for any of the base shakes. ALWAYS ask for a receipt at this location! We caught them tipping themselves when we used a credit card and never got a receipt. We buy the exact same thing every time we go in and we noticed the price was always different and finally started asking for a receipt. The 1st time we asked for a receipt (after we had paid) the guy said oh I made a mistake and charged you too much I need to void the last transaction. NO! we finally caught onto your scam. So I love one stop but this location seems to have no work ethic. I base my workouts around having time to stop here when they open at 8am And still make it to work on time. The problem is these guys are never on time. I've literally waited till 810 and watched four or five other potential customers come and go and they're still not open. I hate leaving bad reviews But where is the work ethic? And the managers and owners need to know they're probably losing hundreds of dollars of business per week And the potential of repeat customers read more

I go to this one stop to grab isopure rtd protein drinks pretty often and just noticed they are selling expired goods. I just purchased 3 bottles and they were all expired. Don't shop here. They sit on product and still sell it well after the expiration date. read more

I stopped in there this morning to get a shake. The guy behind the desk was really unfriendly, barely said a word to me. The drink that he made was too icy, the ice wasn't blended up enough. I didn't return it because I had already left when I tasted the shake. I think I'll stick to their Scottsdale Rd location, friendlier guy behind the desk and creamier shake! read more

I know that they close at 8:00 therefore we arrived before closing at 7:53 and the worker from that location didn't even greet me or my brother. She said " unfortunately we are about to closed so we put all the supplies away and bleached our blenders" EXCUSE ME IT'S NOT 8:00p.m I think that is very unprofessional because one stop nutrition would've made a profit however the employees decided to clean everything so that they can leave early. probably the worst location. i get the same shake every time and at this location it was super watery and didn't taste anything like what i ordered? not sure how they can mess it up so badly when everything is measured out? unfortunately this location is across from my gym so it was convenient but i would suggest finding another spot to get your shakes from cuz this ain't it fam. read more

Went in to buy supplements today and found that a lot of the supplements they sell are expired at two locations 101 and mayo and desert ridge. The staff has absolutely zero knowledge about any products and only thing there good at is making shakes. When I brought it to there attention that the supplements are expired they are selling, I was told those dates don't matter lol...So I am sure they still hold there potency 2 years after the expiration date lol....This is going into our bodies and I'm not okay with putting stuff in that expired months or years ago...Wish the original owners were still more involved with every location Bryan and Jenny were very knowledgeable and actually cared about there customers not these fast food chain one stops that can't rotate stock and have zero knowledge.. read more

I usually love going here. Best place to get a protein smoothie hands down. Today on the other hand was not great. We pulled up at 7:59 and were walking up to the door as they were locking it. The manager or whoever was working today looked at us and said sorry we are closed. Like I get it, you wanna go home because you work a job that probably isn't the best and you don't make great money but you can at least care about your customers and stay open a couple extra minutes to satisfy your customers and get more business. This place is the best. Their smoothies are really good and cost less than $6. I will grab one for breakfast or for a post workout snack. The rewards cards were a little annoying (because I would lose some). They now do everything automated which is much better for me. read more
