Becareful going in here they rip you off.  They don't give you the exact change back and they pocket the rest. I accidentally gave them $101 to purchase gum (yes, my bad and stupidity for not double checking) the guy didn't give me the change back. When you confront them about it. They tell you they will check the cameras and have owner call you.  They never contact ne back to notify me about anything at all. This unfortunately happened christmas day.. I went in there again today 1/12/2021 around 210ish to speak to Seth (he told me that was his name) I have a feeling that's not his name. He got aggressive with me after I told him no one has contacted me or even left me a message regarding the matter. He started yelling at me and got extremely defensive. I let him know I was going to take a picture of him so that I know who i spoke too then. So I took a picture of him. He didn't like that. He told me he was going to call the cops. I told him okay that's fine. Go ahead I'll wait outside. I Started walking towards the door he ran after me aggressively I got into my car quick. I got a little frighten that he was going to hurt me. I'm a pregnant woman who just pissed off a male who didn't mind being aggressive towards me and i was alone with him in the market. He ran towards me when I got into my car pulled out his phone and said he was recording me also and took pictures of me and my car.  I called the cops non emergency right away to report the incident. Cops took the report about the place and unfortunately nothing else they can do because he didn't aggressively touch me. Cop let me know he never even reported me like he said he was going too. Only my report has been filled. Cops just said to never go back in there again. That I need to be careful because this could have been an aggressive matter. read more

I went in buying lots of vapes over the last month. He had flavors I can't find other places by my house. He had them on sale 2 for the price of one yesterday. I bought two. Today I took one out of the box. When I hit it it just started burning up. Would not stop. While it was still burning I ran it back there. He looked and said he can't do anything the second day. I even had the receipt. He remembered me buying it even. He does not like Caucasian people. He treats white people like dogs. read more

Horrible customer service. Not even sure it matches up to its two point whatever Stars. The family here is never friendly. They want you in and out which is fine if you can find your product. They don't stock or clean. Very unfriendly business, doesn't respect the customer aspect of owning a business. Customers go hand-in-hand with a business , same as respect. There are new staff now that have made this place a great store again. They'll be doing a remodel soon to incorporate a deli, and the customer service and cleanliness of the store has improved drastically. read more

Look lady. You're a liar and you know it. Or you just do not understand. We had tickets to turn in, we could have gone to the bank you money hungry retailer!!! The police told you that but you said "No". But hey, that's okay because now we SAVE MONEY not buying those anymore. You actually woke us up to how much we were losing and stopped playing that day! You should also know that I was NOT legally trespassed from store. That requires a signature for that and the cops didn't bother. Because you call them too much. They guy was nervous and started checking dates on beer and then hid... the crazy lady just yelled over the counter at me. This is a response to the crazy lady store owner, you have zero knowledge of customer service, your parents that left you the store were great people, you are a perfect example of how to run a business into the ground. You don't even care enough to comb your hair or get dressed from your pajamas and slippers before working with the public. You scream at your customers. You lie on your responses to bad reviews instead of trying to rectify, you will learn that your customers are not disposable. The man that accidentally dropped a beer that exploded apologized to you at least 4 times in the 2 minutes I was standing there, you were treating him like he did it on purpose, your disregard and disrespect for that disabled man was appalling and is what made me uncomfortable. No, he is no relation to me, just because we are the same race, he was a complete stranger. When I see someone being treated poorly I am going to stand up for them. You have never seen us together. And again it's your responsibility to have a plastic cover over your register, just like every other retail/restaurant POS systems, It was an accident and your negligence is to blame for the cost! If you would like to follow through with your lies and come sue me for standing up for a disabled stranger being accosted by a store clerk! I've stopped in at this store for over 25yrs, usually just buying lotto or scratch tics. Tonight I was verbally assaulted by the Asian female clerk on duty. I was buying lotto tickets from the Wa lotto vending machine, after cashing a scratch winner on the machine & playing it out, I went to put in a $20 in the machine & the screen went red with a notice "SEE RETAILOR". I asked her if this happened often & she said: " Don't stress me out"! I told her I wanted to buy one of the extra lg. $10 scratch tickets under the glass counter & she starts yelling, telling me I need to go to another store. I left calling her a female dog as I left(I'm human). I don't know what the problem was with this clerk, but her behavior was totally uncalled for! She's new within the last 6 mths at the store. I use to stop here more often because I had a PO BOX at the Hoyt & Pacific Post Office. Beware of this crazy lady who works in the evenings she's unfriendly and yelled at me for no reason, literally screaming. I'm retired and have worked with the public most of my life. I've seen some crazy behavior I"ve never seen this from someone on the job & completely unprovoked. I hope the owner reads this! She's going to hurt their business. read more
