The service was alright until I picked up my Jeep recently and found 2 of my dash vents significantly broken! No one mentioned a thing when I picked it up and it took nearly 3 months of listening to their bullsh*t excuses, and extreme due diligence on my part, to settle the issue. It was proven that Super Clean Car Care was at fault and the cost was estimated at $800+ to replace my broken vents. After already spending $100 for the detailing, I wasn't about to pay another $800+ for damages I didn't expect or do. Because I'm a nice person, I settled to end the ridiculous and unnecessary arguing and had my mechanic repair the vents at a fraction of the cost ($250). It took more due diligence to get Super Clean to pay the bill, which they finally said they would because they realized I wasn't letting them get away with this. Super Clean will not take any ownership of anything when it is blatantly their fault... Even with proof!!! They will do whatever it takes to get out of paying for damages they cause, with no regard of loosing a "loyal" customer. Basically, the customer is always wrong at this place and they will make you go through every hoop to prove they're at fault. Even if you prove it they will still argue and deny it. I would advise you to go anywhere else but here. But, if you do go to Super Clean Car Care make sure you know what is broken/scratched/damaged and what isn't and have proof before you drop off your vehicle.
