Sorry for not remembering all the names but all the techs were awesome. Excellent service from the moment we pulled up on a Friday to do a transmission fluid change and had zero wait time. Allah, the manager, was really friendly and gladly applied the 20% off coupon without asking for it. Allah, was also honest professional and very helpful, I would not forget Geremiah and all the other techs for their help and assistance. Thank you.

The same manager who told me he was going to fix was the same one on the phone saying the excuse the manager who told u shouldn't have said that. Thats noy how we operate. Now i have to take them to court with all my evidence cause they also said theres discrepancy on my services which I have carfax all i see is valvoline doing my oil but is okay i got my proves, who i spoke with receipts and carfax to prove Valvoline is on the wrong. Also if you see reviews Im not the only victim they are known for this. It's legal for company like Valvoline to lie ruin your ca and get away with it. Thats why they have an open class action case for being crooks and liars. I do not wish to be contacted by valvoline you had your chance many time to comply and fix my car now you guys will be contacted by my lawyer.

What was kind of sketchy is that they sent a photo of the rusty outside of the rear drum brakes as their rational for needing brakes. I had done the rear brakes recently so I know the shoes were fine. I declined the rear brakes. To be fair, the muffler replacement was fine and resonably priced, but I would be careful about their recommended services.

My co-worker had been the one to suggest them to me. I went onto their website, went to their booking page and seamlessly was able to book an appointment for the next day, I was feeling a sense of relief! When I entered the shop the guy at the front desk was quick to greet me but while he wasn't rude or disrespectful he lacked the welcoming and trustworthy energy one needs when entering a mechanic shop. I was instructed to have a seat in the waiting room, which can I say is definitely one of the nicer waiting rooms I've seen in a mechanic shop. They provide their customers with complimentary water, coffee, tea etc, there is a viewing window into the shop which adds points to the trustworthy factor and there's a tv with access to the remote if you wanted to watch something. The guy at the front desk provided me a print out of a quote for my tire and I approved it. With that being said I was not offered a choice in what kind of tire I had put on and I ended up just making sure they put an all season tire on my car. Unfortunately despite making an appointment I had to wait an hour before my car actually got into the shop. Granted I've waited double that time at Town Fair Tire, still frustrating. They got to work taking the lug nuts off and then a little too much force was used to get the last lug nut off and they broke in half one of my lugs. Having watched this all go down it would have been nice for someone to just quickly pop in explain or reassure me in the moment but what's done is done. They quickly got a replacement lug and before I knew it my new tire was on, no extra charge to me for the mistake. They were extra diligent to make sure my lug nuts were tightened properly and now I'm enjoying my vacation :)

Will never go there again…read more I booked an appointment online to replace a tire. They confirmed and asked no questions. When I came to the shop, they asked if the tire was new or used and then refused to install it. So basically they just wasted my time. The manager said that I should read some policies on the side. The problem is why should I be reading all their policies to book an appointment? If they have such an important limitation, why don't they ask about this when you're booking an appointment? When I mentioned this, the manager lied and said that all places will refuse to install a used tire, but I just got installed some of these by another shop. If you don't offer some services, mention it before people book an appointment. I will never come back again.

Went on 11/14 and had front tire replaced. Had to replace toe rods. Did that and brought it back on 12/6 for an alignment. ( We have a lifetime alignment plan for this car). 4/17 I had to replace a rear and sensor and noticed the tires looked bad. Scheduled an appt and they say they are fine. 7/21 a rear tire got a nail and had to be plugged. Brought them to another tire shop and they said they couldn't plug it because the tread is too low. So we brought it to Firestone and they plugged it and when I asked if the tires were ok Nate said they definitely are and he went and asked the tech and he confirmed they are good. So I attached pics of the two rear tires. One is almost down to the steel belts. What's the point of a warranty plan if they won't honor it? Last time I was in there the customer service person helping told the person in front of us to go to the Leominster store because the mechanics at his Fitchburg store weren't as good as Leominster for the issue with his car. Couldn't believe what he was saying around customers. Tires are Definitely a safety hazard!! Try to get a regional manager to call us back to look for some help and no luck. Customer service isn't what it used to be!! Lee you say reach out. I have twice and haven't received a response from them. Not surprised everyone likes to say the right thing but they never do it.
