It's seriously my 1st time walking out of a salon and not fixing the style/cut once I got into my car. Wow! I just returned from my cut & style with Lyssa A. and could not be more pleased with the results. Plus, the education during & after on how I can personally take care of the cut and style at home was so relevant and informative. We also talked color for the future and product to duplicate the look. I'm going to be a repeat customer for crafted cuts and color. Thank you. I can't wait to show off my new haircut!

ABSOLUTE WORST HAIR COLOR OF MY LIFE. I had to cut more than six inches off my hair to above my…read moreears to even attempt to fix the hatchet job Destonie did on me. She not only ruined my hair, she was rude and dismissive during the appointment (and after), and I should have walked out before I let her touch me. The color was orange and striped like a skunk. The cut was uneven and she failed to respond for two days and then refused to fix it without charge which is industry standard when a stylist screws up. The damage was beyond belief but not even an apology from her or the vile owner who, of course, backed her stylist. I lost my home and have severe health problems related to Tropical Storm Helene and paying Destonie $315.00 for chunks of my hair to fall out is heartbreaking and inexcusable. Shame on her and Zhenya. These people are far too big for their small-town britches.

Well, was reallyyy looking forward to booking this company for my wedding. I was literally going to…read moresign a contract the day I heard back... but I never heard back! Don't expect good communication, or ANY communication at all, from them. I submitted an inquiry over 4 WEEKS AGO and had even messaged them on another platform (that they continuously post on) to follow up in case they didn't see my initial inquiry, and still never heard back. Didn't expect this type of unprofessionalism at all from this company. I decided to "unsend" my message on the other platform because I don't want to contract with someone who lacks basic communication. I even emailed one of their artists personally as notated in her instagram bio, but crickets as well.. I work in sales so I have been MORE than gracious in giving them time to get back to me, but again.. it's been more than 4 weeks! So now I'm leaving this review. Sucks they lost my business when all it wouldn't taken was an email back. Super bummed bc they were my dream HMU, or so I thought. After asking around about them, haven't heard the best things from locals. Seems like they only give their time and attention to highly budgeted destination weddings LOLLL.

I love it just as much as I love her , I usually see her about all 3 weeks for a fill of my Lashes and am always happy with the results . I don't need mascara and I hardly use any other eye make up and still feel made up nicely all the time. My lashes look natural and not fake at all. I was once in Las Vegas and had a refill done there and seriously had stripper lashes afterwards. I told my hairdresser that I like to get my lashes done and she replied that I wouldn't need that because my lashes are beautiful not knowing that I had them done! That's how good they look. I will be back and back again. Parking is plentiful and free at this location there is somebody at the reception that can help you at any time.

Jeanne came through for my bridal party when I accidentally underbooked my original salon and…read morelearned it would be $800 to add hair and makeup service for one person. I called Jeanne about 1 month before my wedding and she was able to come out to the boonies of the mountains outside of Asheville for one person and saved the day at a reasonable price. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this hair and makeup company, especially…read morebecause this happened on my WEDDING DAY. I had been planning my hair with them for about a month. I paid the $100 deposit they requested, spent weeks communicating about the hairstyle I wanted, and specifically worked with Amanda, who was supposed to come to my wedding location at 11:00 AM to do my hair and makeup. From the beginning, there were already issues with pricing. I was told over the phone that after my $100 deposit, I would owe around $470. Later, I received an email saying I owed $522 instead. That was not what I had agreed to over the phone, and I already felt like I was being overcharged. I decided not to make a huge issue out of it because this was for my wedding and I just wanted everything to go smoothly. Then came my wedding day. Around 8:00-8:30 AM, only a few hours before Amanda was supposed to arrive, I received a call from the owner telling me Amanda was not coming. I was told she had some type of emergency, but they could not find anyone to replace her that day. After spending weeks planning everything with Amanda and being reassured that everything was taken care of, I was suddenly left with NO hairstylist and makeup artist on the morning of my wedding. I cannot explain how stressful and upsetting it is to wake up on your wedding day and receive a phone call telling you that the person you trusted to do your hair AND makeup is simply not showing up, with no replacement arranged. What made the situation feel even more unprofessional was that I was told they could not really give me much information about what was happening, and Amanda was not available. Regardless of the reason, when someone has a bride booked for her wedding day, there should be some kind of backup plan. Thank God my sister immediately started calling other salons and found Flawless, about 40 minutes away from where I was getting married. They understood that it was an emergency, welcomed me in immediately, and were absolutely amazing. They completely saved the situation for me and treated me so well. I did receive a refund from the original company, and I appreciate that. However, a refund does not take away the stress of being abandoned by your hairstylist and makeup artist just hours before your wedding. Based on my experience, I would NEVER book with this company again, and I especially would not book with Amanda. Between the pricing changing from what I was originally told and then being canceled on the morning of my wedding without a replacement, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. Brides already have enough stress on their wedding day. The last thing anyone should have to worry about is whether their hairstylist and makeup artist is actually going to show up.

I have been debating for almost 5 weeks about how to rate the stylist, Mindy. I would have given…read moreher 5 stars because the haircut and coloring I received was well executed, the people are friendly and the salon is very nice inside. It boiled down to the fact that after a 15 min consultation, to discuss what I wanted for a cut and color, I ended up with a cut I did NOT want or asked for and the wrong color. The way she cut the back is SO different from what I wanted that if I was a girl that cried a lot, I would STILL be crying over it. I told her I was growing my hair out (the back was almost to my shoulders and almost all the same length, I could even do a ponytail) and to just even up the ends. Before I could say stop, she had already started layering the back of my hair. I HATE layers in my hair and you can forget a ponytail. Then she proceeded to thin it. Also, something I hate and makes my hair lay wrong. Her reason for doing it was because I have thick hair. I do have thick hair but I don't care what style I'm getting I DO NOT allow my hair to be thinned. It's the same as layering when it comes to my hair. Now I not only have to grow out the layers but also the thinning. I will say that she did a fantastic job on my bangs. Then we get to the color. My hair was already colored and needed the roots done and freshening on the rest. Since it was the first time she colored my hair I can understand it not matching completely. The red was too dark. I can deal with that because she was learning how my hair reacts to the coloring she used. So the issue I have with the coloring is about the pieces that were blonde and I wanted purple. Just like the rest of my hair, there was growth that needed coloring so the entire strand would be purple. She did NOT do the roots for the purple, she did the roots in the red and colored ONLY the blonde pieces in purple. That's unacceptable. This was not done in one visit either. What was supposed to only be a consultation ended up with the hair cut @ $66 then a second visit to do the coloring @ $109.25. Those two visits ended up being $175.25 total and it sickens me every time I try to style my hair. I will not be going back.

The salon looks fabulous and tons more services are being offered. I have never had to complain about anything, but what I am going to say is a HUGE issue in my opinion. Yesterday I had a wonderful pedicure by Maddy. She was sweet and did a great job. However, the way the pedicure stations are setup is atrocious!!! The chair is swivel with a round base. Then the round pedicure bowl is on top of a huge platform. The round base of the chair doesn't allow the chair to come close to the platform. The nail tech on the other side has to reach forward in an awkward position to reach to give a pedicure. Here I am practically laying down in the chair (even with 2 pillows) and it was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to enjoy my pedicure.
