The owner ruined my hair. Fortunately she gaslit me into thinking it was the lighting and I ended up leaving to cry in my car. Otherwise I probably would have been convinced that she could have helped and fixed the horrendous damage she had done to my hair because I hate confrontation and I am extremely forgiving. Luckily she lied and said she was no longer at the salon after only five minutes time elapsed. She refused to refund me and only after going to a salon in SC and having a stylist fix- or try to fix the carnage did she finally agree to refund me. She argued and continued to gaslight me. I can't believe this woman holds a license. Also, be warned- the photo of ashy toned blonde hair is NOT HER WORK!!! It's her own hair that's someone else does. My blonde ladies and gentlemen DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I just hope this review saves someone from getting their hair burnt off. Absolutely devastating. It was too late for me after seeing the review on Yelp of the poor gal that hair her hair burnt off. SAVE YOURSELF!!! read more

I must address the comments regarding my review,my review WAS NOT in reference to the OWNER .My complaint was about the person who wrongly represented herself to me,who screwed my hair cut & color up, not to mention cutting me(to the point of drawing blood) 3 separate times!!! During a pedi.All this person had to do,was accept responsibility for her actions, & move on.But she chose to deny everything (even though I had pictures to prove my point),but thankfully, the OWNER of this salon stepped up & did the professional thing.As far as me trying to get work for free,I'm proud to say that I am financially able to pay for any services I recieve.but,I will demand what is right, so this person has got all her bffs to come on here to comment on something they know nothing about.if u make a mistake, own it,make it better & move on...Now,play nice in the cat box lol read more

So I noticed on Linda Robert review there is a lady by the name of Nancy T post a false review to get a free hair color, pedicure and wax. How do I know this she has serval reviews on other establishments as a one star. I'm guessing she is looking for free service. Linda Robert has been my hair stylist for over 4 years. I have several people compliment my hairstyle as Linda has cut and style my hair for years. Knowing Linda she will go above and beyond to make you happy. Linda will always try to make things right because she wants all her customers happy. Nancy T is new to the are as it Indicates on her page I'm guessing it's because she burned all her bridges her review as noted old town streak house, Travis Cree has pluming, swim world, Red lobster, holiday inn express, great gardens nursery and landscapes, mayflower seafood restaurant all have a one star. Ive had the pleasure of being one of Linda's clients. She's an excellent stylist! And for this woman, Nancy T. to make accusations of the type she did is pure fallacy and abuse! I'm 70 yrs old and lived in Asheville for well over 15 years. When one moves to Asheville from some other place Linda is a welcoming person!
