Other bonuses: - The prices at this salon are MUCH LESS than at other Asheville area salons. I actually asked Teresa to repeat the final charge twice because I was shocked to hear how low it was. Better quality for a lower cost? Sign me up. - The service is pretty impeccable. I originally had my appointment scheduled for a Saturday morning, just when we were expecting a big snowstorm to hit Asheville. I worried that I'd have to skip my appointment and go on an upcoming trip with less-than-decent-looking hair, but to my surprise Teresa called me on the Thursday morning before and asked me if I could come in that night to get my hair done pre-storm. She would have been off that afternoon and evening, but to avoid missed appointments - and an influx of unhappy, haircut-needing people, Teresa stayed at the salon (late) and got all her Saturday appointments in on Thursday. -The salon has a really great atmosphere! It's actually in a tiny house-turned-salon with really "cute" decor. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill commercial space. It does not remotely look the same. I personally get a similar haircut -- long layers, curtain bangs, with slightly longer length and it's never looked how my mom's hair has...this is just overall really disappointing.
