I spent about an hour to look at every aisle. I think I got some idea what to get next time here. The price tags were not clearly labeled. I had to ask the employees all the time. It was a bummer. We thought it worked perfectly! They also suggested that we use the platinum linen on the table where we placed our pictures so that they would be the star rather than a red or brighter color. And the champagne charger fit perfectly pulling in the gold tones of the candle holders. It was a delight to work with all of the staff and all went smoothly. We thought the pricing was reasonable. The mark of high quality service and exemplary business practices is how they handle mistakes. Yesterday afternoon we were supposed to pick up a pre-ordered specific pinata and take it to Austin for our granddaughter's birthday party this morning. When we were ready to pick it up late yesterday afternoon, there had been a mixup on the order and they thought it was supposed to be for a later date . They pitched right in and worked on it overnight and even met us there before regular opening so we could get it to Austin in time for the party. It is dry, it is perfect. I had no trouble finding a parking spot both times I went there Cost: The medium sized piñata I got was 27.06 with tax. It is an additional cost to purchase the stick. I believe the larger sized piñatas are 35. Inside the store you can find more than just piñatas. I saw some new year's eve decorations that were very affordable. They also have some candy for the piñata and other types of decorations and party favors. They even have baptism and Quincenera party favors. Overall: it's a very small boutique size piñata store but they do have a huge selection. They also custom make piñatas but make sure you call ahead or they will charge a rush fee Also when you pick up the piñata make sure you bring that recipe back!!

I believe it is his wife who actually makes them and boy was I impressed when I picked it up! It was over 3' tall and the colors were beautiful! It was perfect for the occasion and everyone loved it. The craftsmanship was so great. It had a bamboo frame inside and was well constructed. It even came with a matching stick to bust it open. I have never experienced anything like this with a bouncy rental company. This was an almost $1,000…read morerental. One of the really big slides. My party started at 12:30 pm and they were supposed to show up at 10:30 am. They didn't get there until 1:30 and the bouncy was not ready until 2:30. My party was over at 4 pm. They "let us keep it overnight" due to the delay at no additional cost but the party was over at 4. Keeping it didn't help with the party done at 4 pm. Then they were to pick it up the next day between 4-5 pm. They never showed, and we didn't get notified until 7 pm that they couldn't get it until the following day, Monday. I told them it's only ok to pick up the next day if they could pick it up before noon as we can't use our driveway with this massive deflated bouncy there. They agreed. Now, it's Monday, no notification and it's 1:30 pm. It's not been picked up. I had to call them, and they said they should be here between 4-5 pm! Total disregard for leaving their stuff at our house. They would hold us to a timeframe with their contract but somehow it doesn't apply to them. So, needless to say, their bouncy is still at our house. If you want to trust your bouncy will be delivered on time for your event and picked up when expected I would go with another company. I will mention they are reportedly (waiting for reimbursement) only going to charge me half the price since I only had it half my party and a $250 voucher for a future rental. I won't be using them again, even with this voucher. I should have gotten a full refund with this catastrophe.
