It would not be hard to be. They were absolutely the worst escrow company I have dealt with out of dozens and dozens over 8 years here in SoCal. My impression - they simply don't care. They get business from REO agents and banks so there is no attempt to do a good job.

Dear: Matt Sims, We…read moreclose escrow tomorrow morning and felt I had to write to you to express my gratitude for getting to work with Shanette Rollins and her assistant Susanna. The escrow process started with a drop in visit to a very friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting individual, Shanette. I had a favorite escrow company for whom I worked with on several projects over the years, but unfortunately the owner retired and sold her business. After the face to face visit, a couple of phone and email conversations, I knew I had the right person for the job. Shanette was willing to do whatever was necessary to alleviate my concerns. This transaction was a For Sale by Owner, which Shanette took on knowing she may need to do a little hand holding since it had been about a year since my last transaction. I have purchased and sold several properties over the years, many of which were FSBO's, but I must say this transaction has been the smoothest to date. No matter what occurred in the process, I always knew Shanette and Susanna would be there with their bits of wisdom and continued help. Matt, you have an awesome employee working for your organization and I would not hesitate to recommend and use Shanette and Raincross Escrow in the future. Shanette, I have cc'd you in this email correspondence and want to personally thank you for all you do to assist people through this stressful process. You are a valuable professional and it was a pleasure to work with you! I enjoyed working with Susanna too. Respectfully, Christopher Kvaska - Happy Customers

We first met them when we walked into an Open House for a townhouse we liked around the corner from where we were living. They were diligent about following up with us and they helped us see other properties in the area they knew we would like. That's how we bought our house; we were able to save money since the house never hit the market and the process was so much easier. I highly recommend them if you're looking for real estate agents that are personable, knowledgeable and will take care of you. 5 stars for the The Boutique Real Estate Group!

Knowing that, he still took us on and was patient throughout the whole process. There were times when we felt like we were wasting his time with multiple open houses where nothing felt right. However, Kevin always assured us that finding the right house takes time. Never once did he rush us, and he was always there in our corner. We finally closed on our first home after almost 1.5 years, and none of it would've been possible without Kevin. He was there from start to finish and always made an effort to be on the same page as us. He genuinely cares about his clients and would take extra steps to make sure we understood everything. One thing we especially appreciated was how detail oriented Kevin is. At every house we toured, he pointed out things we might have overlooked and helped us understand what to look out for and what to consider before making such a big investment. Kevin really made us feel supported and comfortable throughout one of the biggest milestones of our lives. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn't know so having someone like Kevin by our side made the entire experience so much less stressful. Heather and Aaron Why you caring?…read moreYou weren't even representing us So why did you take care of us with so much fuss? When we went into the house You cared for our kids along with me and my spouse You were patient and you were kind Such agents are hard to find You won us over even when we weren't your customer Making our purchase, the best experience this summer OK, so I CANNOT say enough good things about my experience with Aaron Mills and Heather Gapik. First of all, they were the selling agents, and we were the buying couple. I can write a book but I'll bullet point why Heather and Aaron are your go to people: - When we were waiting in line to see the house, Aaron told us about his experience in Placentia, and gave us a feel of not only the house, but the neighborhood - We were touring our 10th house or something and we brought along the kids who asked so many questions when we were trying to focus. But Heather showed them so much care and love. She talked about legos, and all sorts of stuff. It really put me to shame of how well she treated them. - When we purchased the home, they were so awesome in all of the inspections, showing us around, answering any questions, and were the best liaison with the sellers. - Finally, when we got the house, they welcomed us with coffee beans and a welcome sign that nearly brought tears to our eyes. Moving is hard, and to find such care and welcome from anyone, let alone the selling agents, was such a sweet surprise. I don't know who Heather and Aaron's boss are, but give them a raise, a car, and a stake in the business because with agents like them, they make your real estate firm shine.
