I've gotten similar work done at other places in the area and this is the best overall!

It's a management issue. Sometimes you show up during business hours and they are not open. This has happened mainly on Saturdays but now it can be any time. It has happened at least 6 times in the last year. I no longer go there on a Saturday. Most recently it happened on a Friday. It is a great inconvenience. I work and I can't take just go every day in hopes that they will be open. There is also a change in quality of work. I bring my clothes in regularly. The last 5 times all of my suitpants have come back with double creases. I brought it to their attention but nothing has changed, It is a shame but I will no longer be patronizing La Mer Cleaners.

Both were not only "not clean" but the velvet blazer has a mark directly in the front near the button, that I do not recall being there prior. The clerk rung me up ( ridiculously expensive but if it works, I'm happy to pay it) And she says nothing to me. I examine the piece to notice rhe large dark mark on the front to which she exclaims, well they couldn't get it out or they would ruin it. OK, were you going to tell me that or just let me pay and walk away with service not rendered as this item is not dry cleaned. No restitution, no explanation, no nothing other than we couldn't or we ruin it That may be the case but were you going to point that out and explain? Unfortunately, after a week, I was told the jacket was severely damaged from their efforts. These things happen, but I was extremely impressed with their customer service. They allowed us to choose between a generous credit for future cleaning services or the replacement cost of the jacket. We chose the latter, which they were willing to do, even though we didn't have the original sales receipt. We just did the best estimate we could for its price and they were okay with that. I'd happily recommend them and we'll be going back in the future.

My daughter wanted to add some rock band patches to her jean jacket and they took care of it with great skill and without any issues. One downside, parking can be wonky at times. Sometimes people double park right out front and block the road and/or the spots on the side get tied up by the school out back or random trucks. It's a bit annoying. Very unprofessional and not worth it. Not the only laundromat around. She'd rather turn customers down to go home early. They shouldn't claim on Google that they close at 9! REPLY TO OWNER: Not sure what false info you received but we arrived at exactly 7:45 NOT 7:55 (as we got to Costco at 7:55 after we left), so you should consider being lenient with new customers travelling from far not familiar with your hours and assure you post that on Google, since that's where new customers look for you! Btw, this was only for 1 wash no dry. Fortunately, we found a BETTER laundromat with better service.
