I asked him if he was sure that that was a genuine 2x because it didn't look that large to me and he assured me that it was. Unfortunately we both headed to the counter to make my purchase and there was another guy wandering around who interrupted and asked for tires in the kid who was helping me literally just walked away from me and went over to the tire place for 10 minutes while I stood there at the counter waiting. Another guy came over and said sorry but he is the tire guy so you'll have to wait. What? Anyway I get home and turns out the 2X is not really a 2X even though it says to ask on the label. He tried to bring it back but without the original credit card they wouldn't give him a refund nor would they even exchange it which makes no sense to me. I had left the actual receipt in the pocket so he had the physical receipt and it was only two days later but they wouldn't do anything unless he went back home which is 45 minute drive each way and came and got my credit card and brought it back to them. These two things probably should've deducted two stars but I hate to give them only three because I know everybody is trying in Covid. Those two things will make me buy online rather than come back to the store but for you people who like to put your hands on stuff before you buy it this would be a good option.

Do Not Bring your Bike here, they SUCK!! SUCK, SUCK!!!…read more I took my custom bike there to fix a shift issue, they told me that was fixed and I needed complete charging system replaced. So I agreed and almost $2,000 later I pick it up to drive home and the thing still had a shifting problem and it now runs rough, and leaks oil when it sits (it did not do that before) I called them, they said bring it back in. A few mo later when I got a trailer to bring it back, they then says I took to long to bring it back ( even thought I only had 5-6 mikes on it from driving it home). So I needed to pay again. They said they fixed it again and said it will leak if I don't start it once a month, why? IT didn't need to do that before AND DID NOT LEAK. It's still fucking leaking today and now is skipping when I start it, not shifting right and leaking oil. FUCK YOU CHROME IT CYCLES. THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF AND GIVING ME BS EXCUSES. So I've been following Royalty Auto on social media for sometime as they always have great videos…read more I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon, of which I was concerned about possibly needing rear brakes. My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services. Impressive!!
