Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Dale, the owner. He directed me to a local contact Adam as they divide the ATL market into smaller areas for better service. Adam and I spoke briefly about 10 minutes later and he asked if he could come by the house that afternoon to take a look at the work I needed. He showed up on time and provided the quote within minutes. My needs were not urgent so we agreed they would work my project into their schedule in the next few days. The next day I received a text from Adam confirming they would come the next. They arrived the next day on time and made quick work of my project. They were in and out within an hour and took great measures to protect the surrounding landscape (bushes, landscape lighting, pavers, etc.). Not only were they efficient, they cleaned the areas so well it was difficult to tell they had been there at all. It was clearly an emergency situation and he was able to have a quote done quickly and a crew scheduled for that Friday morning. After everything was cleared out they put the big things back in place and left it as clean as you could want after felling a 150+ year old tree. It was really big.
