A simple call and follow up email made it easy. The center's atmosphere is immediately calming, and tranquil. The desk staff was very personable and pleasant to talk with. We had a very short wait and our session started right on time. Both of our massage therapists were amazing. If you have the opportunity to schedule with Kaya or Gina, do yourself a favor and do so! From start to finish, the head to toe massage was amazing! They were both very pleasant as well, professional and very respectful when we expressed the preference of not talking during our session. Quiet peacefulness. We left there feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and centered. A massage from Heart Wish is one of the best things you could do for yourself. We are looking forward to returning the next time we are in the area!

I am a long-time fan of Andrea Kennedy as a teacher, first with yoga and now with the amazing Melt Method. I've practiced yoga, (although not faithfully, I must admit) since the 1970s with a variety of teachers. Andrea is the very best of them. She knows bodies, and she is a healer. In recent years she has been offering classes in The Melt Method and has rocked my soul and body. A means of working with the fascia that connects every part of the body, Melt is better than Acetaminophen for what ails. The restorative aspect for your body is proven with a before and after assessment in each session. It feels great and it is a practice I actually stick with. Andrea and her online classes are a lifesaver for me. Being in the studio with her is the cherry on top.

I had tried meditation and prayer but Svaroopa yoga and specifically TERRY offered a way to achieve this. Terry is supportive and very attentive to all students. It does not matter if you are a beginner or have been a "yogi" for years, she is observant and makes sure everyone is in the proper form to gain the maximum benefit from each pose. I'd say it fits 10-12 people. It was a hot day but plenty of fans blowing. Our instructors provided good instructions and even dusted some incense at the end of class. Great way to start the day. They have beach yoga too but ours was rained out the following day. Maybe next time!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! She did a chair yoga class that was energetic and engaging. Jordan was able to pivot and plan a challenging, therapeutic class for my mom which was also somewhat of a workout for me. Breathing, balance and targeting specific areas of our bodies seems easy but difficult at the same time! I was so proud of my mom for participating and thankful to Jordan for her smiles and positive energy. Her encouraging, steady voice was amazing. I am so thankful that we had this experience and she gave my mom an early birthday gift! Belief in herself and renewed strength!

I have certain physical limitations, and Kelly is very conscientious about working around those limitations. Not only does she teach Pilates, but she also offers yoga, barre and healthy cooking classes and demos. I went to one of her raw food demonstrations yesterday evening and had a great time watching Kelly prepare a protein smoothie, a Glowing Strawberry, Mango, Avocado Sprouted Salad and, best of all, her Raw Walnut Cacao Bars, which were heavenly! The salad called for cilantro, which I'm allergic to. Not a problem at all--Kelly just served me before putting the cilantro in. She was totally organized about planning everything in advance and was creative about helping plan a class that worked for our diverse group (non yogis, yogis, and two pregnant mommas). Kim is the coolest, was on time, and everyone in our group LOVED and RAVED about how much we loved it for the remainder of the weekend. Can't recommend enough- loved every bit of working with Kim and Ocean Vayu Yoga!

The entire community of men and women in attendance was friendly and supportive. The teachers were excellent and the studio comfortable and well-equipped. Deepening my practice in Cape May with the Balance team was the high light of my time on the island! Highly recommended business!
