I am a long-time fan of Andrea Kennedy as a teacher, first with yoga and now with the amazing Melt Method. I've practiced yoga, (although not faithfully, I must admit) since the 1970s with a variety of teachers. Andrea is the very best of them. She knows bodies, and she is a healer. In recent years she has been offering classes in The Melt Method and has rocked my soul and body. A means of working with the fascia that connects every part of the body, Melt is better than Acetaminophen for what ails. The restorative aspect for your body is proven with a before and after assessment in each session. It feels great and it is a practice I actually stick with. Andrea and her online classes are a lifesaver for me. Being in the studio with her is the cherry on top.

If you are accepted as a student at Delaware Budokan, you may find a sense of belonging not found in other dojo. Whether you are looking for a serious karate class for your kids, the focused yet relaxing exercise of tai chi chu'an, or the exquisite art of kenjutsu (traditional Japanese swordsmanship), Delaware Budokan is the perfect choice!
