Awesome vibe inside with circular lights above the stations and windows letting in natural light. I had Niki, she was very friendly (I really enjoyed our conversation about the local Latin dance scene) and light handed and helped me get the dragon tattoo inked on permanently. I didn't think it hurt at all and the healing was quick & dry. No blood or plasma pooling under the tape. I feel complete.

We came in on a whim with my daughters and nieces to celebrate my niece's 25th birthday. Most of us…read moreeither had no tattoos or only very small ones, so this was a special experience--especially since it was my niece's very first tattoo. We decided to get matching "G" tattoos to symbolize our family name, with a few personalized additions. I chose a lighthouse with a "G" on top. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely comfortable. They were incredibly talented artists with unique personalities and styles, and they created such a welcoming atmosphere. The shop itself was immaculate--spotlessly clean, organized, and inviting. The team explained everything thoroughly, from the tattoo process and pricing to both pre- and post-care instructions. They answered every question we had and made sure we felt informed and relaxed throughout the entire experience. They even offered us drinks while we waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was funny, charming, and genuinely kind, helping calm any nerves we had. Whether you're getting your first tattoo or adding to an existing collection, this is a fantastic place to go. They are professional, welcoming, and exceptionally talented. I highly recommend them. So cool

The person assigned to assist me (I don't recall names/faces well) put the new segment/seemless/clicker ring in the lower lobe/1st instead of the upper/2nd lobe spot. I don't now how they missed the 2nd lobe because I had a light blue plastic place holder in the 2nd lobe so it wouldn't close up, we talked about it to confirm which one it was, and they saw me take the blue plastic out. Yes, I should have asked for a mirror once they finished to confirm they did it correctly but I trusted they knew what they were doing. I didn't notice, my friend pointed it out a bit after I left the shop, my friend moved it into the correct spot for me. Customer service was normal when I first went in but I didn't feel like driving back, finding parking, and blah blah blah over this. Think this was the breakdown, they didn't provide a receipt and I paid cash. Cost was $30 for the sterilized segment ring, $5 for the service, and I gave a $5 tip.
