Extremely disappointed by the lack of competence. I will not be returning and I would not recommend…read morethis clinic. I had my appointment, the visit with the doctor was adequate. He prescribed a wide array not clearly identifying the problem for reasons I can understand. It was okay. I go to pick up my prescriptions from my pharmacy: no prescriptions available. They failed to send them to my pharmacy. I have to call them again to get them sent. I go to a scan as scheduled by the ENT staff at a particular time. They didn't send the proper paperwork, so I cannot have the scan until it's transferred. The fact the clinic cannot do simple tasks truly makes me lose confidence in any diagnosis or recommendations they gave. I will be definitely be following up with a different doctor and clinic. There are better options in the Huntsville area.

It was time for Dave's yearly hearing exam. If your hearing is starting to decrease, please get…read morehearing aids sooner than later. The doctor checked out Dave's ears and he had a hearing test to see if his hearing has worsened. His results are that his hearing is stable which is great news. The office personnel are friendly and very helpful. It is very loud at this business because people cannot hear. I will ask Dave's hearing specialist if she can adjust his hearing aids so that he doesn't pick up so many sounds. He can bear me washing dishes, the washing machine, and lawnmowers outside. I told him the solution is to wash the dishes! When he could hear well, he heard all that noise and more. Without hearing aids, he doesn't hear as much background noise or the doorbell. I am glad he is getting great treatment at North Alabama ENT Associates. He is able to hear football games which is important in Alabama!

It had to wait over 3 months to get an appointment at Valley ENT. I went in on the day of my…read moreappointment and was told that my appointment had been canceled and I would need to reschedule. I had to miss 2 1/2 hours of work for the appointment. The snooty girl receptionist told me they tried calling me three weeks before my appointment to cancel. That was a bald faced lie because I keep my call history and my voicemail record. I checked and there were no calls from them. Then she tried to schedule me with the PA and I refused. Now I have to wait another month for an appointment. The girl receptionist was totally unconcerned about the pain I'm experiencing and she treated me as though it was my fault. If the doctor is as sorry as the front desk then I don't like my chances of getting proper care. I'll be looking elsewhere for a more professional ENT.
