We have used this company a few times over the past few years for semi annual checkups. Their checkups were always thorough and precise. We notified them two nights ago and they sent their representative, Konrad, here the very next morning. Konrad was a very knowledgeable person and outlined all their products and our options. We made our choice and processed the payment. Early, the very next morning, Andrew and Roger showed up and ready to work. They were like a very well oiled machine. Andrew handled the outside unit and the electrical work while Roger took care of the inside air handler, the electrical connections and the freon requirements. They dispatched a technician that afternoon and diagnosed a faulty outdoor expansion valve and gave me a quote to repair. I assumed that my warranty was expired, but Christina checked the warranty and found that it was still covered under the factory warranty and was able to get the parts replaced at no cost to me even though they didn't do the initial installation and it meant they made less money on the repair. I can't recommend them highly enough.
