Stayed one night with family while in Leon Guanajuato. The hotel is very clean and had the necessities but it's just missing a little more to make it more comfortable. The rooms are a bit small as well as the beds especially since the majority of hotels in the US have queen size beds or king size. Our room had two full beds. When you first enter you have to turn on the air. The only reason why I won't give it a 5 star is because they were not able to provide an additional portable baby crib. We had asked for a portable crib and when we tried to set it up it was broken. The staff was very apologetic of the situation but did let us know that they did not have an extra crib.
It makes you feel a bit safe when you have to put your key in the elevator to be able to go to each floor.
The morning breakfast was good, they have make your own chilaquiles bar. They also have fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and bread. I do recommend to get to breakfast early to make sure you get warm food. Breakfast is from 7am -11am.
If we go back to Leon I would give this hotel a try again but a bit closer to downtown. read more
