One of the best breakfast meals I had during my trip was at the hotel! ** The hotel was super hard to find at first, for some reason. It sent us to two different locations when searching for the hotel before we got to the actual/correct location. It was stressful finding this place even with the name and the address! Be super aware and pay close attention to where you're going. The receptionist did mention that a lot of people do get lost on their way! She said it's TONS of people who always say they got sent to some crazy places. :( She mentioned that several places have the same address and zip code so beware and make sure you're by the Leon Stadium!! Everything feels downgraded. Even the basics are gone -- no coffee in the morning, no water in the rooms, and practically no service after 10 p.m. The bar closes at 11. It feels like the hotel is being run by people who have no idea what 5-star service means. I'm honestly appalled. I'm packing up and getting out of here. This place has sunk to a -10. The only good thing left is Juan in Bio Services, who is the only one still providing real hospitality. As a world traveler who has stayed here many times, it breaks my heart to see how low this hotel has dropped. Thanks for the upgrade but the room had issues. The spigot with the tub and shower diverter came off the wall. Also the shower head was pointed towards the wall and when I went to move it to my direction it came out of the wall. The shower head was held in place by a large amount of chalking. Lastly the hotel does not turn on the heater when the temperature is in the 40's. I called the front desk and they informed me on the heater. Front desk person asked if I wanted a space heater and I said yes. She said she will have maintenance bring one up, which I never received during my stay. Never returning.

Hoy no pude salir del hotel y tuve que comer aquí y se dio la siguiente situación. Yo, mi papá y mi hermano pedimos tres aguas minerales y un café. Yo pedí una ensalada césar sin proteína, le pregunté al mesero si tenían aderezo "Ranch" y si podían ponerle ese a mi ensalada porque anteriormente había pedido lo mismo y llego con los pedazos de lechuga sin cortar con un aderezo nada agradable, a lo que el mesero me dijo que si que estaba bien. Cuando llega mi ensalada la veo con este mismo aderezo que le dije al joven que no quería, jamás se acercó a preguntarme en caso de que no tuvieran Ranch, que creo que hubiera sido lo más correcto. Cambiando de situación mi hermano pidió una hamburguesa que tenía un pelo, al comentarle al joven se portó muy amable ofreciéndole algo más, a lo que mi hermano ya no quiso, después se vuelve a acercar cuando le pedimos la cuenta y nos dice que el gerente le dijo que no nos cobrará la comida que solo las aguas y el café a los que fueron $404 pesos por unas botellas de $78, las cuentas no me cuadran porque normalmente nos gastamos $680 con todo la pizza súper grasosa también, ayer tuve que comer aquí de la misma forma que hoy y tuve que pedir una pizza ya que nada me gusta y era una pizza bañada en grasa.

I realized i left this clothes and called the hotel at around 10:30 and their excuse is that the maids have the keys for lost and found. They didn't even try to help me out with the situation as i a very early flight in the morning. All I've heard was no i cant and not even a let me try to call the person with the keys and see if i can help you out. Very poor customer service almost to the point that they dint give a damn. Never again going to that alleged 6 star hotel lol its just funny to even think it is a six star hotel; degrade it to a suoer 8 motel please.
