My appointment was at 10:00 AM, right when the office opened, yet the receptionist came across as rude and noticeably annoyed. It was surprising and disappointing to be met with that kind of attitude at the very start of the day. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and their demeanor sets the tone for the entire visit. In this case, the negative interaction impacted my overall experience enough that I've decided to continue care at a different location.
