I live almost 4 hours away so when I'm in the area I have to stop by....except I do some serious damage! My first visit, I was in there for almost an hour and walked out with multiple full bags spending about $70. My second visit over a year later I left with almost all their bags full that took multiple trips to the car, a $160 trip. Considering many items I bought each time were only a couple dollars, the lowest $1 (they have a $1 rack!) and the most expensive being $12, I hit the jackpot! I'm not into brands but I found many on the racks, quality shoes practically new, and everything in between - sunglasses, belts, and scarves to feed my scarf fetish. Many items still had the original tags on them. Cheryl is a sweetheart and said all their inventory is donated locally. I can't wait to go back again and am fighting the urge to make the drive just to go there lol

I found this shop when I was searching for a breakfast spot (we ended up down the street at the Kitchenette), hoping to buy a jacket in the nick of time. Amazingly, I walked in and immediately my eyes were drawn to the rack of creams, tans and browns - colors that would all match my dark cerulean floral dress. I pulled out the first item that appealed to me and low and behold, it fit perfectly! It was a little pricey at $100, but truly a steal for the Nordstrom brand and suede fabric - definitely a timeless piece. The woman who helped me was very kind, and even entered me into a raffle for a gift card (despite me not living in the area). Right now they have a lot of summer sale items, and 30% off their back racks. The store isn't large, but they have a robust selection of dresses, sweaters and jackets, boots, bags and more. I love to shop second-hand and would be a regular if I lived in the area. I have to mention - I got SO many compliments on my new jacket! Guess it was a good thing that I forgot to bring one from home ;)

What I mean by this is if you know your name brands, then you know when you're getting a great deal on thrifted items. I appreciated several things about the organization of this store, my thoughts are listed below: 1) it's clear that the staff curate the donated items 2) The staff appreciated that items are donated and therefore, do not upsell or make pricing comparable to retail prices 3) Items are well cared for and well organized throughout the shop - things were easy to find -- and therefore, appreciated. This store also sold some new and packaged / bundled overstock items (i.e. socks, underwear, etc) that I allllmost got. But I hesitated -- I already have two bags of mismatched socks -- they don't need more competition! I did, however come away with some really cool finds -- and I'm glad that the staff were patient with me returning to the cash register, not once, but THREE times!! I kept catching things out of the corner of my eye, each time I tried to leave. LOL! What I got: A pair of sorel sandals for 9.99 (retail price: $140) in excellent condition. A "Sally" from Nightmare before Christmas themed hoodie from Box Lunch for 6.99 (i think) -- actual retail price: $60.00 (or so) A pack of two yo-yo's for my kids (1.99) Thick shoelaces (for Vans) for 1.00 There were some amazing hand-cobbled shoe boots that I wish my foot was a bit bigger so they'd fit -- but no dice! Their diverse selection of offerings range from small bric-à-brac and large furniture & garden items to kitchen items & jewelry. The selections are quite varied by the numerous vendors in this 10,000+ square foot space where time passes quickly as there is so much to see. The browsing experience here is a fun hunt for that special item for one's special collection or that must-have addition to complete one's personal space.
