    UPDATED REVIEW I initially planned to book this company's full-service package but later decided to go with another vendor for planning. I then inquired about their a la carte services, which they confirmed they offered, since we were still looking for an officiant and coordinator. They should have been aware of the date we were interested in since we had a ~1 hour consult with them. I reached out to discuss next steps and sent follow-up questions, but didn't receive a response for 11 days. I had to email again just to get a reply. When they finally responded, I was told the date had "just" got booked. Now they are saying "we've never received an email from you stating you would like to book the service". The reason I hadn't confirmed yet was because they did not reply to my email I sent to them until 11 days later (after I double emailed them), and in that email they did not even answer the 2 questions I asked. In my experience, most people would want their questions answered before proceeding with a contract that will cost thousands of dollars. It also felt strange to me that the date had "just" been booked after such a long silence. If the date was no longer available, especially one they knew I was inquiring about, I would have appreciated being informed sooner and not having to double email. Prior to choosing a different planning vendor, their responses had been prompt, often within a few hours. The sudden shift to nearly 2 weeks of silence made it difficult to move forward, and it gave the impression they may have been holding off to prioritize full-service clients. I would have understood if that were the case, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. In their direct email to me, they also wrote: "While we respect your decision to move forward with another company, we feel it's important to share our previous experience with the provider you selected. They have a reputation for being challenging to work with particularly when it comes to communication, directions, and collaboration on the wedding day. In our own words, they don't work well with the vendors that are outside their network. That is the biggest reason we have to turn down this opportunity." This was in reference to TDE Wedding, another Bay Area company that works with a lot of Asian couples, which I ultimately chose for most of my services. That explanation differs from their public Yelp response, which states "we genuinely wish we could accommodate every inquiry, but availability is limited, especially during peak wedding season". These mixed messages and delays in communication made for a frustrating experience for me. Additionally, I found it unfortunate that a client might be declined based primarily on their opinion of another vendor. In any professional setting, you may not always align perfectly with every vendor or see eye to eye with every partner, but collaborating respectfully to serve the client is essential in my opinion (especially when the service is only for a few hours).

    Working with Theresa was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly detail-oriented, thorough, organized, and responsive--everything you'd want in a wedding planner. As someone who was feeling overwhelmed juggling wedding planning and finishing my last year of school, Theresa stepped in and made the entire process manageable and even enjoyable. She broke everything down into monthly to-do lists that made it easy to stay on track without the stress. We met regularly over Google Meet to review progress, and those meetings always left me feeling reassured and confident in the plan. Theresa also did our florals, and I can't say enough good things about her work. I shared some inspiration photos, and she not only matched the vision--she exceeded it. Everything was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She ran our rehearsal with calm expertise and handled every detail with professionalism. On the big day, she and Andy made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to Theresa's timeline and thorough planning, we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about a thing. I can't recommend Theresa enough. She made our wedding not only beautiful but stress-free and seamless from start to finish.

    AMAZING! Theresa was absolutely amazing! She not only created a gorgeous arch but she also made our grand entrance picture perfect by adding full draping around the doors. Not only was she professional but very kind, enthusiastic and talented! I could tell from just speaking with her that she has a passion for creating beautiful works of art. She even hung up our neon sign onto the arch which was something our planner was supposed to do! Her pricing was super reasonable for the custom made services she offers. I gave her inspiration photos to go off of and she personalized it to fit my vision. I can't express the amount of happiness she brought me on my wedding day.     We booked Theresa as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Marin Art and Garden Center in September 2022. Theresa was incredibly reliable and clutch on the wedding day so that we didn't have to worry about anything! She worked well with the rest of our vendors to keep everything on track. Theresa made sure to set up all the decor that we had brought for the reception as well as pack it up and store it after the dinner reception was finished. During our touch base meeting a month before the wedding, Theresa provided a template of what the day might look like as a starting point, and she gave helpful tips on things that worked successfully for other weddings she had done in the past. Thank you Theresa for helping make our wedding a stress-free, special day for us!

However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

Having never planned such a fete before, I had hella dumbass questions to lob at her, but that did not faze her at all. Not only is Cierra hypercompetent at her job and super solutions-oriented and knowledgeable, she is a plain joy to talk to and bounce ideas off of and joke around with. Just an all-round cool human that added to the overall atmosphere of love and appreciation we wanted to foster at our wedding (while also running an impeccably tight ship without breaking a sweat). However, I do know the struggles of setting up an entire picnic on your own (I did it two years ago for her birthday) and all the stress associated with it. Our picnic and Co made it so EASY and it was so beautiful! I scheduled it for 11:00 (the set up was ready by 9:45 as I had asked if I could drop food off) and it was held at Lindley Meadow in Golden Gate Park. I didn't end up leaving any of my food/items at the picnic place (as I had to leave to pick up my friend to surprise her!) as the picnic was unattended - and you know ever know with this city - so I ended up taking my things back with me to the car. My friend loved the set up - and so did so many strangers!! We got so many compliments on the set up that someone passing by told us that she should take a photo for us and she did! 10/10 amazing!     Becca and her team are a huge reason why my wedding went so smoothly…read more I booked Becca for a 2020 wedding, but she was super accommodating when we had to move our date to late 2021 due to COVID. Becca's communication, organization, and calm demeanor gave me peace of mind throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day. We touched base via phone every weekly starting a month out from the event, and Becca was always very prompt in responding to my texts and emails. There were quite a few adjustments that happened the week before the wedding but she stayed on top of it. She communicated all details to our vendors starting a few weeks prior to the event and all my vendors raved about how organized and communicative she was. Becca's team helped set up the decor for my gift table + small items on the banquet tables. Everything looked exactly as I requested. The entire day was on schedule and stress-free so we were able to really enjoy the entire event. At the end of the night, her team packed up all the decor for us. The caterer ended up leaving without completing some responsibilities and her team took care of it so that we'd get 100% of our deposit back. I'm so grateful that Becca really took care of us throughout the day. I highly recommend Becca to coordinate your special day!
