Thoughtful, Tenacious, Knowledgeable, Considerate, Thorough, Friendly - just a few words that come to mind. I remember feeling like Laura worked for us like she would for a member of her own family. Her thorough and comprehensive process really delivered some dividends for my wife & I during closing. Her attention to detail in reading the seller's contracts really paid off for us! Her knowledge of the area we were looking at was extensive, and her research and preparation of potential properties was so helpful. I have since referred Laura to 2 different friends as well as to some family members, and my experience was not a fluke. I know they were blown away as well. I cannot emphasize enough how huge of an impact working with Laura made on our experience and I will continue to recommend her with flying colors to anyone I know looking to buy or sell. I know they'll have the same experience I had - one more word - RELIABLE! Thanks so much Laura!

The very first time we used him was for a refinance. My wife and I were both young and very new to the housing market at the time. Brad, Janine and the entire team were so incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process and educated us along the way. Since my first positive experience with them, I've used them for all of our future real estate purchases. This past November, we closed on our new house in Encinitas with a tight timeframe. The loan process is now much more involved and time consuming than it used to be thanks to recent events. Express Funding came through with shining colors. Not only did we close on time without any issues. They really took ownership of the loan process and keep us informed along the way. What I value most about Express Funding is the customer service. I don't have to call them to check on the status of anything. They would call, text or email me so I was always informed and involved during the process. This is not my area of speciality and it's very refreshing to have a professional company working FOR me who understands my time constraints. Express Funding is much more of a partner than anything else.
