After a different vendor gave me a hard time (just because I hadn't dropped off balloon tape?!), I was left scrambling the day before a holiday weekend. I was so stressed, thinking we wouldn't have a balloon garland for my daughter's unicorn-themed party... but then I remembered Jenn who did an awesome tornado balloon garland for my sons 4th birthday a few years ago, and decided to text her and WOW... On less than 24 hours' notice (and on 4th of July, no less), she stepped in without hesitation, showed up on time, moved up and dropped off her prior appointments at an earlier time JUST to bring me everything i needed, and created the most stunning most magical balloon garland I could've imagined. It was beyond beautiful -- full of whimsy, pastel colors, and more than what I ever could've envisioned. She was professional, kind, and made everything feel effortless and truly saved the day. Thank you so much Jenn Thank you for turning a stressful situation into something magical. You are a true gem, and I will 1000% be recommending you to everyone I know!

10/10 -- We Couldn't Have Dreamed of a Better Wedding Planner!…read more We are beyond grateful that we found Michelle and had the opportunity to work with her for our wedding at Europa Village - Vienza Garden in Temecula on September 26, 2026. We started working with Michelle in May 2025, and if we could go back and do it all over again, we genuinely wouldn't change a single thing about our planning experience. Michelle helped turn our dream wedding into a reality. She has been in the wedding planning industry for many years, and her experience was evident from the very beginning. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the planning process and helped us think through details we didn't even know we needed to consider. She also knew which vendors were exceptional and which ones would be the best fit for the type of wedding we envisioned. One thing we especially appreciated was Michelle's ability to help us prioritize our budget. She helped us identify the areas that were most important for us to invest in while showing us where we could cut back without sacrificing the overall experience. We ended up using every vendor she recommended, and we were absolutely blown away by how everything came together on our wedding day. Our wedding day was truly like a well-oiled machine. Michelle and her team handled everything seamlessly, including coordinating vendor arrival times, setup, breakdown, and all of the behind-the-scenes logistics. They made everything happen with minimal involvement from us, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. Michelle also created an incredibly detailed day-of itinerary that told us exactly what we needed to do, where we needed to be, and when we needed to be there. Having that level of organization gave us so much peace of mind. What made our wedding even more special was how personal and unique it felt. Michelle paid attention to the little details and helped us create a wedding that truly felt like us, rather than something that felt generic or cookie-cutter. Her eye for design and ability to bring all of the elements together made such a huge difference in the overall look and feel of our wedding. Michelle was also recognized as Best Event Designer in 2026, and after experiencing her work firsthand, we can absolutely see why. Her creativity, attention to detail, organization, and ability to bring a vision to life were evident throughout the entire planning process and especially on our wedding day. Beyond her incredible planning and design skills, Michelle and her team were genuinely wonderful people to work with. They were friendly, approachable, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We always felt like we were in good hands. At the end of the day, Michelle's services were worth every single cent. We honestly don't believe we could have achieved the wedding we dreamed of without her. She allowed us to enjoy the experience of getting married without being overwhelmed by everything that goes into making a wedding happen. We feel incredibly lucky and blessed that our paths crossed with Michelle. If you are considering hiring her as your wedding planner, do it! We would recommend her and her team without hesitation. Truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Thank you, Michelle, for helping make our dream wedding a reality!

I asked Michelle for the list via email about a month ago since we had a few addresses for our guests that we added in last minute and couldn't dig up anywhere but her system and she offered if we changed our review she'd send us the data that belongs to us. When I said to her this is how we saw what took place and at the end of the day, it was one of our biggest days and how we felt should matter most and others should be allowed to have that knowledge and make the decision of whether or not she's a good fit for them, instead of taking the feedback and recognizing there are areas for her to improve on (as is clear from previous reviews with similar sentiments), she sent a long email back refuting our feelings on the matter and refusing to send anything more than a pdf list of the guest names who attended. Truly hope Michelle can learn from the experience in the future and remember that the industry she's in has a big impact on someone's big day.
