What an awesome store. Seriously. I've always stuck my nose up with the brand and told myself I…read morewould never wear the Carhartt brand, and boy was I wrong. Over the summer one of the part time jobs I help out at required me to invest in a pair of Carhartt shorts and as comfortable as they were I decided to invest in some new work pants today. The store in general is well stocked with ever imaginable size available. I'm not a fan of dressing rooms but was happy they had a Covid plan of leave what you do not want behind. All staff were wearing their masks properly with sanitizers and masks available at the already opened door. Pants range to the 40-60 dollar range and you have your typical prices for your hoodies, shirts, socks, etc. I signed up for the rewards program only because I was halfway to a $100 gift card. We'll see if I ever obtain it.

Upscale location, I want to say Dollar Store service but I never got mad at dollar store employees…read more I spend probably $1,000 a year at this location for years clothing my family. Last two visits I had to put clothes on counter and walk out in anger. Service was so bad/rude Wasn't always this way? I hope they turn it around. I guess it's either online shopping or Timberland,/Redwing/Dickies from here on out.

I recently visited this location with the intention of running in, grabbing a sheet set, and…read moreleaving quickly to take care of other errands. However, I noticed a sick/injured bird in the parking lot on the way in, and I wanted to help. I knew it was a long shot, but after some failed Google attempts, I asked the cashier if she knew of any nearby wildlife rescues. She and two others helped me to investigate, gave me a box for the bird (with air holes), and all showed the same concern that I had. Sadly, the bird passed away on the way to the rescue, but I'd like to give the employees five stars for the non-traditional customer service and for being wonderful human beings. It's nice to know there are still kind, compassionate people out there. Thanks again! Note for any senior managers who may be reading this: The store was nearly empty at this time (I may even have been the only customer there), so the help I received did not affect these employees' normal duties in any way.

I ordered a desktop in color brown which when it arrived, I did not like the color. I wanted to exchange it for black and they wouldn't take it back because brown is what I ordered! No resolution made and they don't care anymore like they did in the store. At least in the store, you can see it and decide that it's not what you want. Apparently that is no longer allowed.

I recently stopped into Brooks Brothers, and I've got to say, it felt great to invest in clothing…read morethat not only looks sharp but makes me feel confident, especially for work events. There's something about putting on a well-fitted blazer or a crisp button-down that immediately elevates your presence. Whether it's a networking dinner, client meeting, or formal office gathering, I finally feel like I'm showing up looking the part. The quality of the fabrics, the attention to detail, and the timeless style are what really stand out at Brooks Brothers. I picked up a few pieces that are classic enough to mix and match, but still modern enough to feel current. The staff helped me find the right fits and gave great advice on pairing items. Walking into a room dressed well, not overdone, just confidently put-together, makes all the difference. I'm glad I found a store that helps me do that effortlessly. I'll definitely be back for more staples (and maybe a few statement pieces too).
