Great items at decent price, been shopping here forever! Great values and nice staff.

A bargain for baby items say less. The service has been great the 3 times I have been. The clothes quality and how they pay you to bring clothes and baby items it's awesome. The selection is pretty great and is nice to come pick up clothes for your baby that is outgrowing his clothes at a pace we cannot keep up. So is nice to be thrifty. read more

Friendly staff, a great selection for the holidays and hardly anyone in the store? AMAZING !!

I love the selection here for both of my kids, and they have great prices. I love selling and buying, such an easy process to keep your kids' closets updated as they grow. read more

They have the best selection of baby clothes! I definitely recommend this location compared to the others!

Go all the time really nice and clean Absolutely Love this store and the workers are so nice and friendly

This shop is amazing! Organized by size and gender. Strollers galore, including high end strollers. Toys and bikes, also.

Easy and fun consignment process. Friendly staff and efficient system in place! Definitely recommend checking this place before wasting money on new store items. They've got great variety for all seasons. read more

Great quality items!! Staff always attentive and store is always organized. Definitely will shop again.

I've been going to this store for years and there's a lot to unpack here so I'll list the pros and cons Pros Most items are priced fairly, especially shoes Large selection They have a point system New moms club which gives new moms a free item Buys and sells locally Cons A lot of the staff are rude The owner is not very nice, I had a time where I came in and the policy on something had changed which I had no idea about and instead of understanding a lot of customers live more than 10 minutes away and pack everything including kids, to come here and sell she wanted me to change the tote it was in. Totally unreasonable, send an email or text out of policy changes so parents aren't traveling to your store and unloading items for no reason. So I came back and my items were folded and she had an issue with that too stating the items needed to be laid flat for easy sifting which honestly I understand HOWEVER, you should hold your employees to the same standard because when I get my items back they're balled up. My time is also important. A lot of the items I buy, they won't buy back once i no longer needed them. Which is weird because it usually isn't long and I donate or throw away anything that has wear and tear on it. There is so much stained, faded and out of style clothes here which makes me wonder how if they won't even buy good items. The store could be maintained better, I've been to other locations and they're much better kept up. Overall it's really a give and take here and I've really been going less than I used to because of the lack of buy back and staff issues. I started donating a lot more since it's usually a wasted trip for selling clothes. I hope the staff friendliness picks up and the sell back increases because the idea is really great read more

Great gently used selection, and a helpful and friendly staff! A calendar upfront shows weekly sales too!

I decided to try this place out as I needed some newborn girls clothes and maybe a few other baby gear items while there. The store was a decent size with clothing consuming about 80 percent of it. The rest is baby gear such as strollers, baby toys, feeding baby apparatus, etc. the strollers are locked down but I'm sure they will open them for you to see if you're interested. The clothing is well labeled and it was quite easy to find what I was looking for. Upon checkout the lady that worked there told me about all the perks you receive if you're expecting. First purchase you get to choose 3 free body suits for baby from 3 corner bins. It's quite daunting trying to choose these as there is so many. You also receive a bag and every Tuesday and Wednesday I think - you fill the bag and everything in it is 15 percent off. There are loads more perks but I forget. I am sure it's documented somewhere. They are quite happy to explain it to you. The clothes seemed clean with no rips or stains. They also separate items by season which is quite nice. I noticed a lot of Carter's, old navy, H&M. I will definitely be back for some more things. On a side note - there is parking right in front of the store. read more

The store is well organized and has nice brands. Everything is really clean. Ive been shopping here for years and look forward to it everytime i come. read more

This is a fun little store. I did not get what I was looking for. I would bring my grandchildren here. They have lots of clothes and toys. The name is cute and sweet. I can't speak to because I didn't price anything I was looking for. I was not greeted however every person on staff was busy with someone. read more

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I come here often to get things for my baby and i never have an issue with any of it. They do sales weekly and discounts daily. Not to mention the store is always clean and organized read more

Our experience was very nice and exciting! The staff were extremely polite, and the ultrasound tech seemed to know more about what she was doing than the nurses at the doctors office. We got a TON of pictures, and the tech also let us just look at the baby for a solid 20 minutes in between. The clothing selection is really nice too; there are clothes for all size babies and you can pick bamboo fiber clothes if you'd rather that than cotton. The quality of the clothes are awesome and they are the only ones that haven't faded in the washer/dryer yet. Also, the printed shirts haven't cracked or peeled yet which is a plus. read more

For being so picky at what y'all buy vs sell, y'all sure don't keep the same standard in mind when it comes to personal hygiene on your staff read more

They are not honest people I bought them a lot of designer clothes and shoes they was pricing my stuff low and stealing my stuff lying about the pricing of my clothes they are bad and dishonest people DONT bring nothing good over there because they are some jealous people that hate on you because u by NICE things for your kids I Don't recommend this place NO STARS read more

I love this place. I take my kids clothes here, they buy some and I donate the rest. People on here are upset that they're picky but they have limited space and a huge stock. They sell items at great prices and are always busy but still friendly. I always find what I need here. read more

Fired me for a dumb ass reason. For going in the bathroom with my phone. They said that was policy but I feel like that was just a reason to get rid of me. Sucks for them I worked hard while I was in there. read more

If you have a kid or 2, or 3 or whatever you need to check this place out. They have pretty much everything you'll need, and they also buy old outgrown clothes, toys etc. These are located everywhere, but this location has a very friendly staff. The owners talked to me for several minutes and they are super friendly and helpful. They have used clothes, toys, strollers, breast feeding supplies, videos, movies, games, etc. If you have a newborn that just spits up on everything anyway, why waste $30 on a pair of PJs that they'll just mess up, they have great deals and great prices. read more

Tips & tricks of the trade. I tell all my mommies about this place. I don't know where to start. I bought so many cute last minute items for my girls from here. Hair bows for girls, dresses, seasonal clothing. Great prices on earrings for sensitive ears. Disclaimer, gently used items but you can you tell they screen the items carefully because I get many compliments on the clothes we buy. Some of the shoes look old but the good ones go FAST!! read more

Rude service. Staff looked at me weird. Had everything nice and hung up. I understand their policy, but didn't have to make me feel unwanted. Their loss of my good business. read more

This place is awesome. Clothes for babies for all seasons. I even saw some costumes. There's also strollers, car swats, bouncers, swings, and toys for babies. It is basically a thrift store for babies, and let me just say this I found a lot of lil footed pjs for my baby for cheap! I love this place. Saved my pockets so much money and I'm just overall happy. I advise hou to wash the baby clothes even if it looks clean just as a safety precaution. This is the place if you need baby clothes because you get a lot for your buck!!! read more

My wife uses this place a lot to buy and sell clothes. Her main complaint is that the amount they pay for buying your clothes is very low. However, their prices on clothes to buy are also low, so it evens things out. Her other complaint is the staff constantly reminding her of their buying policy when she goes there a lot to sell back clothes. As a regular customer, she doesn't want the policy recited verbatim every time she goes there. Now she does find great deals on clothes and stuff to buy. She especially has good luck with shoes, usually under $5. She says that the checkout staff is good. They do have a stamp program where when you fill a card, you get a 15% off coupon, which is a nice bonus. She says that the floor staff is very helpful. They offered her a bag to hold all the shoes she was looking at. They also have shopping carts unlike Kid to Kid, which does not. Parking is not a problem here. Plenty of available spots. 4 stars only because they don't give much on buybacks and that they recite policies verbatim, with no personal touch. read more

I was given the wrong information from the associates and when I spoke with Darlene Yetta, she was very rude and when she realized what happened she offered me a gift certificate and proceeded to tell me "how short staffed they were" I WILL NEVER BE BACK. and I will NEVER sell to them again. read more

It's nice to shop here. Selling is a pain and they are picky about weird things, but when I look through their (very limited) boy selection, everything was out dated and lots of things I liked had stains on them. Whatever though. I still found good picks for decent prices. I will say- leave your children at home. The staff almost wants this place to be as NON-kid friendly as possible. My son couldn't even breath the wrong way without me feeling like I was being judged. It was pretty uncomfortable. But I will definitely be back for baby clothes and those onesie sales for my unborn son! read more

My previous review was 5 stars, unfortunately I've been here 3 times since and every time I'm either being badgered by a young female or not spoken to at all. I want to support local businesses, but I am not about to be told something with every move I make by a teenager. This used to be a fun store but the staff seems miserable and the morale is low. After 20 years of retail, I can spot new management a mile away. I truly hope this changes. Best wishes to the staff. read more

Went to sell new toys still wrapped. Worth about $75. They offered me $4.60. I should have donated it to goodwill and taken the tax write off. read more

This place does not give you what your items are worth. I get that they need to resell and make money but they really give you very little. When I tried to sell, the woman gave me a hard time when I didn't agree to the amount they wanted to give me and I asked for my item back and she wouldn't do it...ummm that's not ok. Also, she sat their and judged me because I ran in the item into her store while my son was sleeping in my running car. I'd rather him be safe and cool in my car than in the heat and in her crowded store. You agreed to return it back after I said that it was not ok. In the future, do not hold items if you don't want to do it. Especially if you are going to give customers a hard time. Perhaps in the future, you should have some sort of system in place so customers don't have to try to carry in large items with a child in tow. read more

Used to shop here a lot .. once kid to kid left they seem to go down hill.. filthy shoes the boys clothes has stains but they won't accept certain things? Most of the stuff looks old and needs to be thrown away! The workers used to greet you at the door but instead just stare don't know if it's race thing but i didn't feel welcomed .. won't be returning and i do not recommend to anyone read more

This store is amazing for buying. They have a huge selection and great prices. When I was there, they also had an extra 50% off clearance prices. For selling your items, it isn't as good. I knew when I took my stuff that I wouldn't get much for it, which was fine. It is a business after all and they need to make money too. However, the excuse of "We didn't take some of your stuff because of light wear and/or stains" is not acceptable. Some of the items they didn't take were never even worn. The staff should probably stop saying that to people and just say we only picked the items we thought would sell. To be told it was rejected due to wear and/or stains when it's never been worn is dumb and kind of insulting to me. So, Keith, Let me reiterate what I said, some items they said were not acceptable due to light wear or stains had the tags still on them. So, the explanation made no sense. read more

This was one of the worse jobs I ever worked at. The people are horrible. They're rude , always accusing people of doing things that never happened , and always talk about each other . It's a very horrible environment to work in . I do not suggest ever working here . read more

I went to this store on yesterday 06/11/2019. While I always have an amazing shopping experience yesterday turned me off completely and I won't be back. I asked the store manager could I exchange 2 wubbanub's for different colors. She asked me "well do you have them with you?" I replied "no they are at home". So she brushed it off. I asked her again and she said she would pull up my transaction history. 5 minutes before she decided to pull up my transaction history another employee told me that my last name was spelled wrong in the system(which means any transactions I had done aren't recorded). (Let me state that the store manager claimed they could pull up my transactions by my phone number but as I was talking to the owner she knew nothing about that.) The store manager pulled up my history and replies "It shows you've only been here one time" with her finger in the air. I stated that I had shopped at the place of business 4+ times spending 80+ dollars each time. The store manager was rude, tried to over-talk me and when I asked could I speak with someone else her reply was "well I'm the store manager" I proceeded to ask her "does she own the business if not I would like to speak to someone else". I understand policy and if you don't exchange new merchandise that's completely fine but the customer service was terrible. I am filing a complaint with BBB as I feel this was racially charged. She spoke to me as if I was making up my past shopping history and the owner told me "people purchase things for a weekend and use them and bring it back Monday" my baby isn't even born yet so how can I use the pacifier?. Terrible customer service! I am 6+ months pregnant and felt extremely discriminated against, dismissed and was treated poorly. read more

I've sold thing here a bunch. I've always had a good experience and the stuff was nice. I went today and when I went to check in my stuff the lady was rude. I hope this isn't how it's gonna be from now on. read more

Staff is rude and not very helpful. Not impressed with the quality of clothes they sell although the prices are cheap. Won't be back again after the way I was treated when attempting to sell them my used baby clothes and other items. They had an excuse for not accepting almost everything I tried to sell. I don't understand because it's not like they sell great quality used items in the first place. Lesson learned. read more

Where do I even begin? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have sold clothing to this store multiple times before and haven't had any issue like I did today. They use to take clothes in bags but the last time I sold to them I was informed of the change in policy. Yesterday I called to ask if bringing clothes in a storage tote was acceptable or did it have to be in a box. I was told storage totes were acceptable. Today I went in and was immediately approached with an attitude by the manager saying that the tote I brought the clothes in was too big and that now there was a requirement for the size of the tote. Yet that wasn't explained at all over the phone the day before. She said she would accept it anyway this one time. OK-whatever, tote was too big. Not the end of the world. I left and planned to return in a few hours to pick up whatever wasn't accepted. I didn't even drive one mile away and got a text message saying my order was done. Thinking something was wrong with their system, I immediately called to ask what was going on. I was told my items have a significant amount of pet hair on it and that the manager went through it and could not accept it. Complete and total lie!!!! The majority of the clothes were laid out inside the bin instead of being folded so I could fit it all. One entire side of the bin were clothes that still had the tags on them. How in the world could the "manager" have looked through the bin in a matter of 5 minutes that it took me to pull out the parking lot?!?! And another thing, not a single piece of clothing had pet hair on it. I don't even own any pets!!!!! The staff here is horrible and rude and I will NEVER be returning. I will be taking my business to kid to kid down the street from now on. I got a feeling the staff was entirely too lazy to sort through my items because there was so much in the storage bin. It's their loss because this entire bin was full of brand new clothes as well as top designer items from polo, Jack & Jamie, Mudpie, and much more. Just to prove my items didn't have pet hair on them I included pictures of the storage container I brought in. And from all the other reviews on here it seems like this establishment does not take responsibility what so ever for their own wrong doings. Don't even waste your time here. read more

I also wanted to like this place, but I left not very happy. I went there to sell a lot of baby clothes, and they were all cleaned, with no stains, and brands like carters. They told me that my clothes weren't washed and wouldn't accept them. I washed every one of the clothes before taking them, and the clothes were mostly newborn (and new) because my son is only three months. I left feeling pretty disrespected, it'll be my last time there, and I won't be recommending it to friends/family. They also messed up the spelling of my first and last name when I wrote it down, and than spelled it for them, which isn't that big of a deal, but I mean, it was written down on the paper in handwriting that was readable.. read more

Besides the fact that they have low prices on baby clothes, i do not understand their policy on selling clothes.I have been in there a few times with clothes that i have bought from them, clothes that have never been worn, and things in great condition but was rejected because they were not freshly cleaned? As i walk around the store, the same things they rejected my clothes for are whats hanging on the shelves. The staff is rude and not very helpful when bringing your stuff in or out. They basically seem like they are never happy to work there. read more
