Booked my appointment and was able to get in within 24 hours, Olivia was our technician and she was glad to accept my 3 year old and add on a check for me. This location was super clean and right off the freeway. Hopefully, my daughter and I won't ever need lice treatment in the future, but if we do, we won't be coming here. Updated review: After finding lice in my daughters hair, I treated her immediately with Rid, but couldn't get all the nits out with the comb I had. So we made an appt with this company for the following day. The first treatment: After my daughter's treatment, the tech was braiding her hair. I saw 3 huge nits in the front of her hair, so I tried to get them out. She replied with attitude "there will still be nits." Yes, but I just paid you a lot of money to "treat" and comb out her hair and you should be able to get the large very visible ones out. She also told me not to comb out her hair???? What??? I literally repeated what she said because that is so incorrect. I combed out her hair every day and went back for our 2nd "treatment." 2nd treatment: The tech found about 12 nits in my daughter's hair (severe case) and 6 in mine (mild case). After going home, going to bed and waking up (Less than 12 hours of the 2nd "treatment") I found 2 active lice in my hair. I have thoroughly treated my home so there was no way I could have had reinfestation. I immediately treated myself with the leftover Rid. I combed out my daughters hair that night and she had 6 active lice!!! Small ones as if they had just hatched. I emailed the company who wanted me to take pics and send via text. They set up a comb out that next day. When we went in for the comb out, the girl had such an attitude and asked "so where have you been" and went on to say she found nothing. I guess I got them all out the day before. No compassion, no apology and was very cold to me. My faith in their product was gone, so I went to the doctor and got a prescription to treat the both of us. It was cheaper and did the job. The owner never followed up. They give you a discount for reviewing them on yelp. Isn't that against the rules??? It's really awkward to write a post as you're standing in front of them. But for the price they are charging, all discounts are needed. So overpriced!!! Competitors are cheaper and more thorough. I was definitely grateful for the comb out since I didn't have the right comb, but after hearing how other companies spend 2-3 hours on treatments and how thorough they are at sectioning and combing and recombing, I feel ripped off!!!! I felt like the customer service was ok during the first treatment, but looking back she could not be more fake just to get a sale. I tried unsuccessfully on THREE occasions for hours trying to take care of my daughters hair on my own. Wow do I wish I would have just bitten the bullet and come here day 1! Katie was an absolute god send. Such a welcoming calm pleasant experience. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. If you're like me and are on the fence do yourself a favor and just do it! You will be very glad you did. My daughter is smiling from ear to ear. Had great snacks and watched an entire movie while Katie methodically treated her hair. This place has been the ultimate life saver!!! The person, that took our first panicked phone call, was so kind, patient, answered every question and booked an initial appt for us as quickly as possible. We came in that day and met Olivia. She was awesome! She explained everything, took her time with each of our kids ( two of them being full of energy, squirmy little two years olds) and helped calm my nerves.
