I took my family and their friends on the Christmas Lights Tour in December, 2018. This is a great way to see all of NY during the holidays with a private tour guide while staying warm. The bus and the tour guide stays with you the entire time. My only complaint is that they need to update the pick-up location which we found out later was no longer there. However, when we called the company, someone on the online was able to assist us. The tour is about 3 1/2 hours. Our group was small 8-10 of us, which made it more personal. We were able to bring snacks if we wanted and could leave our items on the bus. Johnny our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. At times he went off subject and we had to reel him in on staying on point about certain spots. Smart guy and knows his stuff. Our first stop was Bryant Park with the beautiful pop-up shops. While we were there we had the opportunity to eat at the Southwest Porch. A outside restaurant with heating laps and fire pits. This night it was crisp but not bitterly cold, so we were able to sit and people watch for about forty minutes before moving on to the next stop. We stopped at most of the popular tourist spots to take pictures.. Unfortunately, we could only ride by the famous Rockefeller center because the crowd was standing room only. Booked the See It All bus and boat tour and no one showed up to the location. We were there 25 mins early and stayed almost 30 mins after. I checked with several people that I was at the location the email stated and they said yes. I also tried to call for assistance and they only had automated messaging, so I left a message and no one has called me back. Pretty sure this is a scam! read more

Review for 12:30 pm See It all Tour! Wed. June 13th. Hit all the spots as described on the website and advertisements. Check-in on the back-side of the Winter Garden Theater was a bit unorganized and chaotic. I think we checked-in about 4 times with 4 different people who asked us the same question. Hint: Maybe if you use some kind of ticket or voucher, then you would know who checked in already. Because of this disorganization, we were "upgraded" to the Premium tour, at no charge. However, I feel sorry for the two or three couples that paid for the premium tour, I don't think they got any refunds... However, throughout the tour, guide made us feel "rushed" and he seemed to be in disagreement with the bus driver on what direction and stops to go next. This became very tiresome and frustrating throughout the day. The tour guide was well informed and versed on each attraction that we visited. Despite, being a bus tour, there is a lot of walking involved, so elderly or families with children please be aware. By the end of our tour, 3 or 4 tour attendees just remained on the bus. Learning lesson from all of this, NYC, with all its famous traffic, is best seen on foot. With so many attractions to see and visit its best you target a certain area, Lower East, Mid-Town West etc. and tour the city that way without being rushed or getting burned out. Altovise (That was our tour guide's name) is the reason this tour got a 5 star rating. I'd probably give it 4 stars without her, because the description of the tour is definitely misleading. It's walking super fast all over NY and seeing a bit of everything for a very short time. That worked for us because we got to see what we wanted to go back to and see tomorrow. Got a taste of the stuff we wanted to see but didn't care to see for long periods of time. Altovise was hilarious. She's charismatic, funny and holy crap she is so knowledgable!!!! Like ridiculously knowledgable!!! She holds up a red fan while she walks, I would have lost her about 10 times if it was not for that fan!!!! She was one of the absolute best tour guides I've ever had!!! She's the only reason I was not disappointed with the misleading description of this tour. I took my daughter to NYC in November 2018 for a few days and had tours scheduled booked through Groupon with this company. The company failed to show up at the designated location for both tours. I called Groupon the day of each and reported the problem. After a month of back and forth with Groupon, they let me know that the vendor lied and said WE didn't show up. I paid over $170 for both the Nights and Premium See It All Tours, and I did not really enjoy this tour. The reservationist was absentminded and I had to call back and correct the mistakes in departure times that she had made when I saw it in email. On the Nights tour the bus broke down and we were left to walk the streets of NYC at night the rest of the way, and one lady even had high heels on. The tour guide left us at the Top of the Rock and jetted , we were on our own after that instead of procuring another bus to drop us off where they picked us up at. On the Premium See it All expensive tour, many of the sites you can see on your own for free if just had the time in NYC. The tour guide was gay and semi-lousy. He was hardly tipped at the end. He would yell at the tourists and always walked about 3 blocks ahead of us causing us to run to keep up with him. Tons of walking, soon as you got back on the bus to rest your aching feet, his whiney voice called you to get back off the bus for some more needless walking. While on the bus though, he kept talking about where celebrities like madonna, janet, deniro and others lived instead of talking about the city which was annoying. The boat rides were ok, but the over-crowded Zephyr yacht smelled very musty on the inside and anchored so far away from the Statue that you would've been closer to her had you just taken the Staten Island Ferry. The Onboard tour website is misleading. It is not the no. 1 rated tour in NYC. You would be better off taking a double decker like Graylines, NYSightseeing or CitySights which have way better views. The Onboard's buses are very uncomfortable with little leg room and seats are thin and hard to get out of. The views are bad. The "OnBoard" tour buses that I saw were all unmarked which is telling. One that I rode during the Nights tour even had Washington D.C. marked on it. Trust me, I would not do this tour or recommend it for the price. read more

What a great way to see a bunch of sights in one day! The family and I only had 2 days in the Big Apple & we wanted to get as much packed in as we could. We chose the OnBoard Tours because of the great reviews & the fact that the tour guide gets off with you. On those double decker busses, sure you can get off - but then you need to wait for another one to come pick you up! Our guide and driver were fantastic. We left right on time, and got to see all the promised sights. The best part of this tour was that it included a harbor cruise. We rode out & circled the Statue of Liberty, saw the city from the water, glimpsed Ellis Island & traveled under the Brooklyn Bridge. Cold waters were provided and the 5.5 hours went pretty quickly. My son was rattling off facts for the next week about what we'd seen. My only complaint would be the lack of air-conditioning on our bus. It was very hot. read more

One of the best decisions I made during my time in New York!!! I chose this tour because the tour guide not only explains the sights as you're passing by them but he also gets off with you at each stop! This helps because he can point out certain things to see while you guys are walking around. If you're going during the super hot summer or during the super cold winter, I would highly recommend OnBoard. The OnBoard bus stays with you for the entire trip so you spend minimal time outside of the bus. (Read: For those hop-on hop-off tours, you have to wait outside weathering the elements while waiting for the next scheduled bus to arrive!!) My favorite part of the tour was the board ride to the Statue of Liberty. This is the quickest and easiest way to see her! The boat captain even stopped the boat for a few minutes while the passengers snapped pictures. Everyone had enough time to get perfect pictures! The only thing I didn't like about the tour was that they give you about 45 minutes during the trip to "go shopping" in this random mall near the boat docks. I didn't want/need to shop so I just ate a brief meal and talked with one of the other OnBoard tourists. Bottom line: Spring/Fall - You can probably get away with either the hop-on hop-off tours or OnBoard. I went on OnBoard Tours' NY See It All tour during my recent trip to NYC. This tour is truly massive and takes 6 hours to complete. The price included getting off at Central Park, the Empire State Building (we didn't go up, though), Wall St., a cruise around the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, Rockefeller Center, and the site where the World Trade Center memorial is being built. We also drove past and had pointed out many other prominent sites and several prominent Manhattan neighborhoods. Unlike hop-on, hop-off buses, we stayed with the same guide and group of about 35 for the entire day. For someone like me who had never been to NYC and wasn't staying for a hugely long time, this tour was perfect. Even though in some ways it felt like we'd only scratched the surface of this massive city, it's amazing how much we were able to see in such a short period of time. Our guide had a slight stutter but was very friendly and had a great deal of knowledge about New York City. After the tour was over we felt better able to focus our stay in New York and what places we should visit in the remainder of our trip. If you have more time in NYC, you might find you get better bang for your buck and the ability to see more through the hop-on and off bus tours, but for a newbie to the city in my situation, the OnBoard tour is recommended. read more

We did the See It All tour this morning with Matt as our tour guide Check-in was very easy. Just look for the bus on the corner of 7th ave and 50th and tell them your name, which should be on their list. We were lucky there were only 8 of us on the tour so we weren't slowed down by a large and sow crowd. Matt was very knowledgeable of the sites and buildings. I asked him questions and he knew the who, what, when, why, and how of each question. We went out of the bus quite a few times for a walking tour which was nice to see certain places up close. We began going North towards Central Park and worked our way down to Battery Park where we took the ferry to Staten Island and back. There was a short break at Fulton st then we came back. Our 5.5 hour tour only took 4 hours. I'm assuming because of the lack of traffic, being a Saturday and also a slow time of the year where the group consisted of a small number of people. My friend and I went to NY this last weekend. We had a 3 day trip and boy was it a sugar rush! So little time and such a big city!!! We are from the Bay Area and so we know how touristy it can be. This was the best decision ever. 10am-3 See It All Tour. Our guide was Edwin and he was awesome. We went out partying the night before and still roughed it out. With so little sleep we were still so glad we did the tour. The price is definitely worth it and you do so very much in such a short amount of time. Edwin was so sweet and helpful with any questions (and btw I suggest going to top of the to rock instead of Empire State. Cheaper and less wait). My tour guide was amazing. Warm, friendly, and ridiculously knowledgeable about the city. The tour was the perfect balance of walking around to see things up close and being shuttled around in a warm vehicle. I actually learned more about NYC in those 3 hours than I did the entire 3 months I spent working in the city! They keep the tour groups small, which is great. I can understand incompetence and unprofessionalism, of which the OnBoard folks who were at the Tour check-in site displayed in abundance. What I can not understand, however, is unethical behavior, and that is clearly something that the corporate office is displaying. To celebrate our 10th anniversary, my wife and I decided to spend a long weekend in the City. Our good friends from California joined us, and we decided to play tourist for one of the days and take a tour. Following the glowing review of a couple we are close to, we decided to take the "See It All" tour from OnBoard. We arrived at the meet-up site early, and waited along with a number of other people to be checked in. No one there had name tags, so it was hard to figure out who was a tourist and who was with OnBoard. One woman came up (Fran, maybe), saw the three buses, said "what's this?" and started talking to the bus drivers. She must have seen the problems, because after telling us they were likely going to be upgrading us to the "premium" tour, she announced she was leaving and the bus drivers were in charge. Then she enjoyed a joke with one of the drivers as to whether she was carrying a 9mm or a 12 gauge shotgun. Very cute. It took 15 more minutes before we could deduce that Darween was in "charge." She wouldn't answer my questions as to which bus I should get on, and so we waited outside the buses as they filled up. One of the tour guides, Shawn, tried to avoid helping out at all, and so he either hung out with the bus drivers drinking his coffee, or hid back on the bus stairs. Finally, there was confusion as to whether there were three or four seats left on the bus that we were ultimately told was ours. It turns out there were four, but they were scattered throughout the bus. And at that point we were so incensed with Shawn that we couldn't imaging dealing with his smarminess for 5 1/2 hours. So we asked Darween if we could get a refund. She said yes, and that she would process it when she returned to the office. I confirmed this by calling the office, and customer service agent said that Darween had to do so, but that they would work on it yesterday. This morning, I received an email from an administrative assistant that they would not be refunding our money. So now we are out $320 for relying upon the promises of their employees. Stay away from OnBoard. Incompetent, Unprofessional, and Unethical is no way to go through life. read more

The company is a fraud and will NEVER contact you if you want a refund for unused tickets. I purchased the tickets for the Empire State Building but it was closed by the time we got there. The kids and I accompanied my husband to NYC while he was there for a business trip. Not only am I from Vermont, the most rural place ever and quite the opposite of NY, I have no sense of direction, so imagine my feelings of panic at the thought of spending the day in the city without my husband to help navigate. I did a little research and found several tours. The thing that sounded most appealing about On Board was that the guide stays right with you. This made it seem more safe, and no waiting for the next bus to come along or having to find the pick up location on the hop on, hop off type tours. I liked that there were several itineraries to choose from, depending on the sites you want to see or how long you wanted to be out. We found a discount code so it was really reasonably priced for a five and a half hour tour. They sent a detailed email about where to meet them and a number to call should there be any issues. Once we boarded the bus, we were told that the subway system was having an issue, and the tour would be delayed for an indeterminate amount of time. We had the option of getting a refund or, being okay with a later ending to the tour, because they were adding an extra stop on the tour to kill time in apology for the delay. So...as an added bonus, we got to see the Empire State Building, not in the original plan. Glad this happened because it was a great addition to the tour!! The views were incredible! We had a small group of about 25 people. David, our tour guide, was very funny and extremely knowledgable about the history of NY landmarks. He provided us with some really fun facts and answered everyone's questions. He gave us tips on navigating the city and places to check out. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the city without stress or hassle! We all loved our experience! read more

In six hours you cover the entire length of manhattan--with even a harbor cruise out to the statue of Liberty for great photos in front of her included. ] As a first day tour after getting to NYC this really helps to get you oriented. We had Timothy as our guide and as a native he gave really good insights on the city, recommendations for shopping, eating & plays. So as a first day strategy for the logistics of the rest of your stay you could do FAR WORSE than this trip. I do agree with the others that a bit too much emphasis on 9/11 and the WTC site occurs, though. While others have complained about the combo bus / walking facets of this tour it's actually VERY efficient to maximize time & travel. MUCH better in my opinion than those 1-2 day "Hop-On / Hop-Off" bus pass offers (where the lines for the buses at each stop can have you waiting in lines on VERY hot streets with NO sun shelter for up to an hour----and with no tour guide service). I want to start by saying our tour guide was amazing!! Brooklyn Jim was very knowledgeable. He was a plethora of knowledge as far as history and fun facts. He was interactive, patient and all around the best guy for the job. The tour itself was a great way to see a lot in the city on a budget. We were only there for one day and would've never been able to see as much as we did had it not been for this great guided tour. The only reasons I didn't rate 5 stars were that the a/c on our shuttle wasn't working properly and we ran out of water about half way through the tour. Pre Booked 2 tours, the 5 1/2 hour tour of Manhattan with the highlight being the included one hour ride on the Zephyr from Pier 16 to Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty and Governors Island. Other highlights included a short walk into Central Park's Strawberry Fields area, John Lennon's penthouse apartment building just across the street, Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Times Square and Madison Square Park. Tour guide was good and knowledgable and the large van had only 1 or 2 empty seats for a total of 29 including the guide. 5 STARS The second tour was the Fall Foliage trip to West Point with stops along the Hudson River and 7 Lakes area. Nice colors during the October 21st tour date but I found the tour guide full of useless and boring hot air and stuttered annoyingly so I tuned him out with my IPOD! I COMPLETELY agree about the terrible customer service. I booked the Christmas light tour back in December for 4 people. I was told that the tour would be about an hour and half, which would have been ideal. Instead it was THREE HOURS, which we found out when we got to the bus. They told us it was going to be over an hour until we stopped. One of the people I had with me gets carsick after a couple hours and we knew it wasn't going to be an option to take the tour if it was that long, although I very much wanted to be able to see the Christmas lights. We then got off the bus before we even left on the tour, spoke to the supervisor and informed him that we were told of a much shorter time frame for this tour, and unfortunately, we weren't going to be able to take it, and would it be possible to get our money back as my friend would not be able to sit on a bus for 3 hours, as she gets extremely carsick. He said he would work on that, so to call him next week. We called him, and he said we'd need to speak to his manager, Vince, who was "on a conference call". Every time we called, he was either on a conference call, in a meeting, or out in the field, and for every message we left, we didn't get ONE phone call back, and we've called over 4 times. Finally, today (a month later) we got ahold of someone who said that we weren't going to be given our money back, as they very rarely do that, even with emergencies, and canceled plane tickets. So now I'm out almost $200.00 for a tour we didn't take because the time frame hadn't been made clear and for a situation that was pretty much out of our control. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated by this company. I will not be booking any future tours through them, and certainly will be advising others to do the same. read more

If you have kids with you, DO NOT take this tour. When we booked this tour, we already told them we had 3 kids under 5 and 2 strollers, yet they assured us it was ok. The tour guide absolutely hated our kids. First, we waited an hour in the burning heat (felt like 40 degrees celcius) while the bus driver filled up a cooler with bottled water and ice. When we booked the tour, they told us we could have as much bottled water as we like. In reality, we weren't allowed to touch the water til at least 2 hours after we were told to meet up with them cuz "we have to wait for the water to get cold." Next, the tour guide said the "F" word in front of my kids cuz we had to get our strollers out when we got off the bus for a short walk. He didn't like that we were taking a bit longer. Then when my son needed to go to the bathroom, he refused to let him go. Refusing to let a kid go to the bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. Good thing a tourist was nice enough to help us find a bathroom cuz by that time, the tour guide had decided to ignore us. The tour guide then proceeded to forbid us from using strollers and if we took it out, he made sure to block off all the ramps by standing in front of them. He then proceeded to make constant cheap insults about going to the bathroom and "naughty"kids. My kids were pretty good until after 5 hrs on the bus. They were tired and hungry. He actually compared us to another family with a 5 year old daughter who slept most of the tour. The parents obviously agreed with the tour guide that their daughter was an "angel". Comparing a family with 2 boys and a girl with a family with just 1 kid is absolutely ridiculous. Apart from our torture, you can't really see much on the tour. The windows are dark and the walking part of the tour was a waste of time. You just go out for 5 - 10 minutes and sometimes you just stand there and wait for the bus to come back to pick u up. Most of the time you just sit and listen to the tour guide talk while he's walking up and down on the bus with his hand behind your seat (which is quite annoying). It's like sitting in class listening to a boring lecture. We put in a complaint with the office, but as you can guess, no one got back to us. It's all about the money and this was not worth the $300 that we paid. read more

Worst customer service ever! I'll try to make this as quick as possible. There was a big snow storm the night before and into the day of our tour. What would have helped was an automated answering message stating if the tour was on or not. I called the night before (when the snow started and was getting bad) to find out if it was canceled. They said we would have to call back in the morning when the office opened to find out. The time the office opened was after the time we had to leave to get there in time. I gave them my number and they said they would call if it was canceled and they did the morning of our tour. Fine, great. That's what they should have done. We then rescheduled for the next day same time. Next morning, we make the dangerous trek into the city (because we rescheduled with them the day before and didn't receive any call that morning) and we got there and there were other people waiting for the tour as well. There was no one there from the company and we called the office, left messages and waited for 45 mins. All that time, money and risk on the road for nothing. We called the next day and they claimed to have had a representative there telling people that the tour was canceled and we said no there was not anyone there except for the other people who were waiting with us to take the tour. So we asked to speak to the supervisor (mind you even BROADWAY theaters who don't give refunds were giving people their money back for the night of the show because of the snow) and we were put on hold for an incredible amount of time. She even came back on the line and said he's in a meeting and knows we're on the phone, it will be another few minutes. Many more minutes than just a few minutes went by and the music turned to silence. I hung up and called back only to get answering machine message after answering machine message. I left messages, I was prepared to wait and keep calling and that's what I did. She finally answered again and said he was still in a meeting (that was BS) and said she would give him my number and he would call me back when he got out. STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL!! I would NOT recommend this company for the fact that we did OUR part in calling to find out the details, we went in for our scheduled time (with the dangers of the roads), waited for 45mins, called etc. And the least they could do is NOT LIE to us and call us back, like they said they would. So happy that our group did this tour. We had a group of 10 of various ages & activity levels. Our tour guide, Tim, did an excellent job of keeping us all together. He was very engaging & informative. He knows so much about New York, including the history & geography. It's so great to have a native for a tour guide. I highly recommend this tour. You will see all the major attractions in NYC from a great vantage point. It is great that the tour guide gets off the tour bus with you. I live in NYC and, on a whim, decided to do the OnBoard Holiday Lights tour. I rarely seem to make it to see the windows and such and figured it would be a great way to do that this year. I LOVED IT! I am so surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I expected it to be a total traffic jam getting through Times Square, and, of course it was. But our tour guide, "J.", knew so much about the area that it really wasn't a frustration and was actually fun! I learned so many things that I didn't know about my own city. I never really noticed the statues in Times Square, let alone knew why they were there. Now I do! I learned about the Times Building, about Times Square itself, about the New Years ball, about all sorts of interesting trivia, while just sitting back and letting our great driver, Millie, handle the logistics. The bus, BTW, was really nice. Big windows, comfy seats. OnBoard buses are clean and had a good stock of free waters for all of us. I have been on a couple of the other tour companies tours and the buses are not pleasant. Millie was a great driver. She didn't swerve in and around traffic, didn't honk all the time and seemed to be making sure that she slowed down when "J." was trying to point things out to us. Millie was very aware of the fact that we were on a tour and made it the ride pleasant. "J." learned where we were from right off the bat and then mentioned things that would be of interest to us individually, which was pretty impressive. "J." is, literally, a walking encyclopedia of NYC facts. He told us history, current facts, entertainment items and things of interest nearly every foot of the tour. I was impressed. He also seemed like a really nice guy who cared about us having a good time and not getting lost or frustrated. Back to the tour. We hit all of the points of interest. Granted, we didn't stay long, but I understood why and this helped me decide where I wanted to return. I had no idea that so much was going on in Bryant Park, for instance, and I will definitely go back there before the end of the year. I just loved The Time Warner Center lights, but we were there long enough that I don't feel I need to return. To me, each stop we just the right length and I enjoyed covering so much territory is such a short time. The final drive down 5th Ave. was really fantastic and I loved seeing all of the storefronts without having to walk in the cold and crowds to do it. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was Jimmy, who is a native New Yorker and very knowledgeable about both NYC history, movies, etc., etc. I don't think there was a question he could not answer. Fuhgeddaboudit! We took the NY See It All tour so we could get an overview of the popular sites and choose which ones to come back to and spend more time. Ask Jimmy for other sightseeing suggestions, he is full of great ideas! Did the premium tour yesterday. Many issues: 1)We were expected to be there by 9:00 a.m. The tour was to depart at 9:30. Our group was there by 9:00 but no guide showed up until 9:10. 2) our tour shuttle was late 15 minutes. Since we were there at 8:40, we waited an hour just to board! 3). We were late to our first stop which was the water taxi. It left without us and then we had to wait 35 minutes for next one. 4) the tour seemed very rushed as the guide had to make up time. 5) the market where you stop for lunch is just okay. 6). Though you are in air conditioned shuttle and have a guide, it's not worth $125.... The most this tour is worth is 75.00$ The guide also expected a 10$ tip from each person. We should have been credited money back for all of the problems! Sorry on board. You have to do better if you are going to charge this much! read more

Took the Premium Tour and our tour bus was a bit delayed due to some garage issues. 9:30 became almost 10am. Our tour guide Mike Grant provided some trivia about the city while waiting. Pros: Driver Ricardo and Mike were a good tandem. Ricardo handled the driving while Mike a native NYorker gave a wealth of info about NYC. He had everything in order when we visited all the spots listed in the Premium all you can see tour. Bus was clean and nice plus free bottled H2O. Mike's signature gadget is the Red umbrella which kept all 30 tourists together. Keep an eye for some "Interesting Characters" in Strawberry Fields park. Cons: Punctuality to start the tour. Although there was a cooler, no ice were in it to keep water cold. If you ask me, scrap the Ellis Island trip and Strawberry Fields park and replace it with Top of the Rock Observation Tour. Still a good value if pressed for time for sightseeing. Scarcity of coupon codes online. Guess it is all about timing. read more

This is our second year doing the New York Christmas lights tour. We brought our older children this year and this tour was one of their favorite things we did while in NYC. Our bus was involved in an accident before we were picked up and so we had to wait a bit for a new bus to come for us. That delay did not impact the quality of our tour whatsoever. Our tour was slightly different from last year which let us see different businesses decorations (my favorite was Cartier). Jimmy was our tour guide and he was well informed and provided cool little pieces of New York history. If you are going to NYC for the holidays, I highly recommend booking this tour. read more

I've spent 30 years in the hotel, meeting planning and events industry. Without doubt, Onboard Tours is the #1 WORST experience with any tour operator I've ever had personally or in the business. Do NOT use this company! They are rude, unethical and cancellend my family's NEW YEAR'S EVE TOUR at the VERY LAST MINUTE without offering an alternative or any kind of apology. ~This despite our PRE-PAYING for all 7 of us in entirety with a GUARANTEED RESERVATION confirmed in writing by OnBoard on 11/29/14...as well as my both emaiing and callng their representatives to double-check and reconfirm the reservation that it was all set one week in advance. ~And then to make this the very worst customer service experience anyone can ever endure: After cancelling it and offering a full refund in writing on 12/30/14 they have NOT HONORED THEIR COMMITMENT TO REFUND OUR MONEY. 7 (Yes SEVEN! Phone calls and emails to both customer service and MANAGEMENT later they still have NOT refunded our credit card and have repeatedly IGNORED my requests to simply credit my account. As of 1/11/15 the charge remains on my Debit card and I have advised my bank to dispute it and they have adivsed they will do so. This is a BLANTANTLY CLEAR indication that this company is managed poorly and has ZERO INTEGRITY. ~ I'm further copying this communication and both emailing and priority mailing it to the 20+ hotel managers and Concierges I have worked with in NYC so "everyone" will know NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I really liked this tour. My husband booked it and did a great job. It was nice to be in a small group with a good tour guide who was knowledgeable. I loved the tour on the boat as well. My only beef was that there was WAY too much talk about 9/11, and I wish there had been more information about New York's history. read more

We arrived at around 940 to check in and boarded the bus. Right at 10am the bus took off with our tour guide Tom and driver Frank. Tom is a local new yorker so he knows a lot and he was very knowledgeable and very funny as well. We saw what we need to see in about 6 hours and learned a lot of the city. I think if you staying in NY for over 2 days, do the tour on your 1st day then go back to all the spots you like on your second day by yourself. This tour is really a quick rundown on the city.
