After responding to give him my schedule, I heard nothing from him until 3 weeks later when the door had slipped even further, crashed into the other glass piece and broke. I immediately called him, he called back, apologized for forgetting to come 3 weeks back and that he'd be out the next morning to do 2 things - put the door back where it was supposed to go and to re-measure so he could reorder the door at his cost. Once again, he never showed up. Here I am nearly 8 weeks later with a shower I cannot use and no response from Cort even after multiple emails and voice mails. When choosing this company, I got 6 bids. I threw away the high and low and reevaluated those in the middle. I guess the part of my vision he didn't understand was that I have a glass door that actually works so I can use the shower! Buyer beware!
