Every dress is out by color and they give each girl three tags. You place the tag on the dress you want to try on and the girls working there pull it. They have a run way at the back of the store with dressing rooms on one side and parents on the other. The workers help the girls in and out of the dresses and all you have to do is pick the dress. We loved on dress but have to order it in the right size. They will even ship direct to you. I would highly recommend given our experience here.

It was during prom time when I went to pick it up, so the place was very busy, and the tailors were unavailable to help me. Pete, the manager, who was clearly busy himself, took time from his manager duties to assist me with the fitting, and giving valuable advice on what accessories would be appropriate and match. The male associate was clueless on how to retrieve the reservation and his customer service was beyond ridiculous! After another associate assisted him, he was still clueless. My son explained what he wanted for his wedding suit as he had already viewed on Men's Wearhouse's site! I asked for the manager since we were getting no where. The manager came out and stated the only suits they had the "rent" were on the counter!! Now we were there to buy a suit for my son and husband for the wedding! Not rent as they evidently assumed!!!! Never once was he asked anything passed the slap on the counter as to which suit he'd like from the laminated junky sheet of cookie cutter suits!!! This place is unprofessional and uneducated! Needless to say we found amazing suits elsewhere with professional service and quality suits!!!
