Some of my transports by other companies have even been hazardous. But with On Time, my transport was easy. They had the right bariatric stretcher with an automated lift, sufficient expertly trained personnel with a pro-patient attitude. The staff was safety-minded and personable. Fun, in fact. I felt 100% safe, and had a comfortable transport. So, thank you On Time. She was secured in her wheelchair prior to leaving the house and was safely secured in the van. I was happy that I could ride with her.
