There is no customer service phone and when I emailed inquiring why there was no car at I got an angry response: " if operations didn't send the driver information that meant they were not ready. We work with over 8,000 students across the country. Just because they had a delay and miscommunication doesn't mean you have to put our company down" By far the worst experience with any service company. Needless to say: still no car. I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. Today I received a phone call from a representative of Arrow, not a patronizing call but one of true concern. I have been an Arrow customer for 35+ years and I valued their service.
