I quietly waited in the lobby's sitting area for them to finish, but was able to overhear most of the conversation because the garage door display they were working with was not far from where I was sitting. The couple's issue was that 1 of the 2 doors on their garage was broken, and needed to be replaced, but the couple had no idea what size their door actually was. I was really impressed with the way she helped them. The couple had already spoken with multiple garage door businesses, and another manufacturer that had not been able to solve their problem. Norine did that for them--without sending them home to re-measure. Even though a sale was not at all immediately obvious, she took time to focus on them and give them what they needed. Most of the time I see situations like that, it's "on to the next one," and that would have been especially easy with me sitting in the lobby so obviously waiting to speak to her. When they were finished, I got the same great service I'd witnessed. I didn't have a major project for her, just a simple question pertaining to an inexpensive garage door opener.
