Long Live Barnes & Noble!…read more Seriously, bookstores as a whole are becoming increasingly extinct...with so many e-book readers out there, our local book stores are literally disappearing out of thin air. Personally, I've made a vow to never succumb...I will always love the smell, feel and touch of a "real" book in my hands. For me, there's nothing better than turning page after page without a click or a swipe...it's all about the real deal. I love perusing the aisles as I check out the latest from my fav authors, cookbooks, magazines and more as I plot my purchases. The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is happy and relaxed; and you may hear a giggle or two of kids in the back as they're being read one of their favorite stories. As an added bonus there's a B&N Café inside that features a variety of Starbucks coffees and beverages. It's the perfect place to meet up with friends, your book club, or whoever for a cup of joe and some eats!

I have been working with Kepple's Carpet for over a decade. My home has received several flooring…read moreand carpet renovations. The Kepple staff have provided complimentary recommendations and interior design suggestions. What I enjoy most with the company is that they offer a wide range of choice and options that work with a range of budgets. For example, I opted for a higher end look in my bathroom spaces, whereas I chose a more affordable solution in my living and dining room areas that are infrequently used. I also enjoy the flexible product offerings. Kepple's works with many manufacturers; often I will see something online and they will provide me with a sample even if it is not in their showroom. What I consider most important however is the relationship that I have built with the company. Sometimes unforeseen issues arise with any remodel regardless of the company. Kepple's has always addressed every one of my concerns with true fortitude and expedience. Remodeling your home or business can be hectic and challenging. I truly enjoy this long-term relationship and I have referred Kepple's to many of my friends and family members. I have also posted this very review on Google, so please keep in mind that this is an actual review if you see the same review twice. Thanks.

I live in Santa Cruz CA and have a modest LP collection (5,000). Whenever and wherever I travel, I…read morehit used record stores. I was visiting my mom in Manahawkin in October 2020, as she turned 90. I hit this place once and came back two days later. Both times had the place to myself with the owner. This cat has one of the finest stores I have ever seen. I carry notebooks looking for my top 21, top 100 in about 5 genres. The first day I found 4! this rarely happens! the second comb through, I casually asked him if he had any Dixieland. He knew his inventory, jumped around the counter and placed me in a section to die for. I bought 3 mint LPS from the early 50's and late 50s in this category. I was missing one Kinks lp (Nottingham Hillbilies) and just one more Aretha Franklin.....and sure enough he had them clean and fairly priced. I have been looking for Humble Pie's first two albums and BAM, found a double album of both I did not know existed. I can't wait to hit this shop when my mom hits 91. So glad I flew into Philly instead of North Jersey.

If he comes back call 911. He's a FN ahole. On and on. Evidently right before I walked in another customer walked out complaining about their practices. (I did not see this first hand) As I'm looking through the records he (the owner) starts engaging with another customer about a prospective employer for the customer. You don't wanna work for him. He's an ahole. He's a fn liar. He'll tell you one thing and then do another. On and on. I was right in front of him and said "tell me how you really feel" to which he looked shocked and then concerned that I might know the individual in question. Final straw was when he made a crack about his employee being a lesbian. Of I were her I would've knocked the crap out of him then and there. There are plenty of jobs out there. He had no idea who I was or who I knew. Wrong way to run a business. I will not be back.
