My boyfriend ended up selecting the following food items [1] Chicken Fingers and French Fries (crisscut) [1] Corn dog and French Fries [1] order of Pizza Rolls (comes with 2 Pizza Rolls) He had waited about 5 minutes for the order. It came out hot! He ended up bringing the food over to the Butterfly Park (or Centennial Park). The Chicken Fingers was really good. The batter was light and the chicken was flavorful. The chicken breasts were large. The Crisscut French Fries were really good! Super salty though and not too overly cooked. The Corn Dog was absolutely amazing!! One of the best corn dogs I've ever had! The batter was flavorful, but the hot dog quality is one of the best that I've had in a long time! Hands down, I would order another Corn dog again from this food truck! The Pizza Rolls were interesting. The filling inside was a little different, similar to a hot pocket; almost a mixture filling inside the pizza rolls. The top of the pizza roll had crystallized salt. The food was superb! It was a little pricey, coming out to almost $30.00 for all of the food, but the quality and quantity was worth it! I'd come to this food truck again!

First initial reaction was a little run down. But I can't judge them on how it looks cause most good food would be hole in the wall. But I can't say it was the best local Hawaiian food I tasted. They had substitutions but I insisted to get what originally comes with as what local Hawaiian foods does in Hawaii. My other half ordered the loco moco. Let's talk about the staff first. The signature loco moco gravy consists of a rich, savory brown gravy infused with a touch of shoyu (soy sauce), Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Then you'll know the difference between a true Hawaiian loco moco compared to what they served. Last thing we had was the "mini malasadas". I say mini cause it's just a bite size to me. Again, not a true malasadas from Hawaii. It's from a company called "wiki-licious malasadas" I don't call it malasadas, it's more of a small doughnut that you can get in a convenience store filled with different flavors. At first I thought it wasn't baked well as the color looks very light/white. The dough was a bit tuff and the flavors in it wasn't good at all. If you want true malasadas visit Hawaii or go to Vegas and go to Pipeline malasadas, you'll see the difference in taste, texture, and flavor fillings.
