I had the windows on my Audi SQ7 tinted here and couldn't be happier. From the first conversation,…read morethe management and staff listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and never tried to push me toward something else. The attention to detail was obvious in the finished work: clean edges, no bubbles, and a result that looks factory-fresh. The timing couldn't have been better, either. The tint made a real difference during the recent heat wave, keeping the cabin noticeably cooler and the sun much less harsh. If you want a team that takes the time to get it right, I'd recommend them without hesitation

And add in that the vehicle looked spectacular as well, meaning you have a very happy customer who will return and refer this service!

Mario is very professional while being super friendly and informative. He is responsive, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of detailing. I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. Two years later it still looks like it's just been detailed after a simple wash. I trust Mario implicitly and highly recommend him for any detailing work you need. His fees are very reasonable, and his work never disappoints.

His prices for his meticulously detailed work are extremely fair and honestly, a great value. He is very easy to work with and extremely communicative. I was blown away by the results of his work. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!
