The owner was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. After I shared my location and details, he assured me he would arrive within 15 minutes--and he did exactly that. I truly appreciated how professional, timely, and considerate the service was. The owner clearly explained the towing cost, including the nighttime rate, and the price was very reasonable. He carefully secured my car onto the tow truck, transported it safely to my home, and took extra care when unloading it--placing it exactly where it could be repaired later. Even after cancelling with AAA they pretended not to know that it had been cancelled and showed up more than three hours after I had first asked for a service call, long after we found another company. They sent me a text saying that I had refused service, but they didn't care since they got paid by AAA anyway (which was simply not true}. Talk about childish! Poor folks have poor ways.

He was only going to charge the diagnostic fee (an already low $75.00) for fixing all, but I gave him a substantial tip, for which he was very grateful.
