Hihi They would always pick up the phone or reply your email promptly and reschedule your appointment if needed. Even a year after treatment, we're coming in for routine checkups to monitor maintenance and discuss any next steps, and the level of care hasn't changed one bit. The office is always beautifully decorated, currently updated with fun, summery touches that make every visit feel cheerful and welcoming. It's a busy practice (for good reason!), but the team is always professional, attentive, and efficient. We've had nothing but a positive experience here. From the front desk to the orthodontist and his assistants, everyone goes above and beyond. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place. I came to fix my flared teeth and crossbite, but 10 months into treatment I was told my braces could come off even though my teeth are actually more flared then when I started and my crossbite was still present. (Compare my X-rays below to see my flare progress) When I requested my records for a second opinion, the office manager initially told me I could not have them until treatment was complete because they were "confidential," which is not true. The records I eventually received appeared incomplete and were missing documentation of IPR that was performed during treatment. I decided to stop treatment and requested all of my records on April 11, 2026. As of May 13, 2026, I still have not received everything. The office offered me $813 after I sign a release of liability, but they still have not provided a clear breakdown explaining how my refund was calculated. Very disappointing experience overall. Update: I had to report this dental office to FDACS to get my refund. It took 3 months to receive my refund.I didn't even receive $813 as stated in the photo. Only $687. They said it's because I was almost done with my treatment but they also admitted that my treatment needed more time than they planned when I expressed concerns. I don't understand how they will treat a paying customer like this. I paid my braces off 6 months, never missed an appointment and always on time. They seemed professional but it's not true. I do NOT recommend.

Do not go to this doctors office!! They will try to charge you additional fees that aren't included…read morein your insurance. I visited the office in October 2018 for a Cleaning. They said that they would not be able to do a regular cleaning and I would need a deep cleaning for $150. They refused to do my Regular cleaning which is included. I did not want to pay an additional $150 but decided to due it anyway because of the sales pressure from the staff. I had no cavities... I had a follow up visit on January 29, 2019. They did my regular cleaning. They advised me that I have extra build up and should come every 3 months for a regular cleaning to help with the build up. But once again, I have no cavities. I told them my insurance only covers 2 cleanings a year which is what I will be doing. She said okay no problem. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for my 6 month cleaning & the receptionist said she read the notes and I will need to come in every 3 months for a cleaning. I explained that for 30 years, I have been doing regular cleanings every 6 months with no issues. She said she didn't care what I have done in the past, it was a requirement from their office. I told her I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning (which my insurance pays for.) She said she would make the appointment but the depending on what the Dental Hygienist said, they might require a deep cleaning (additional $150.) I told her I didn't want that. She said "well if that's what they recommend, that's what we will do. We will not give you a regular cleaning" Here is a picture of my teeth!! I brush 2 times a day at least and floss a few times a week. This dentist office refused to give me my regular cleaning & insist I !!! This office is a scam!!

So, in the course of year's in 2011 I've relocated to the DMV (D.C., Maryland and Virginia) vicinity for a life change. To make a long story short, I'd return to Palm Beach County in 2015. So, in 2017 I've visited my dentist, the greatest (Dr. Faso), for my annual cleaning. I've requested for a few orthodontist recommendations. On that list I selected Dr. Hass & Freedman, not remembering, I have been to their practice before. So, on April 2017, I arrived at the office, signed in, and Dr. Hass said to me, "so you are here for braces." I replied, yes and I wanted it done for years, even in Virginia. She said, "The last time you were here was in 2003, for a consultation." I looked around, with a perplexed look on my face. I do not ever remember being here. I would have remembered coming to your office or even trying to get braces back in 2003. Do not remember going to Wellington, let alone for a consultation. Then, she showed me my profile picture and x-rays. Strangely, at that moment, I began to wonder, what are the chances of me going back to this Orthrodonic practice and fourteen years at that? I was blown away, to think I would return to this same practice but at their other facility at the Wellington office for my braces treatment. I said, this is crazy but it's a devine connection or reconnection. I could have chosen a different orthodontist but something about that name felt assuring/safe. It was the greatest thing ever and I thank Dr. Hass & Freeman and team for making my treatment possible. My treatment is not completed (due to my relocation from Palm Beach), and hoping my new Orthodontist is as pleasant as the Hass & Freedman Team.
