The office is always beautifully decorated, currently updated with fun, summery touches that make every visit feel cheerful and welcoming. It's a busy practice (for good reason!), but the team is always professional, attentive, and efficient. We've had nothing but a positive experience here. I came to fix my flared teeth and crossbite, but 10 months into treatment I was told my braces could come off even though my teeth are actually more flared then when I started and my crossbite was still present. (Compare my X-rays below to see my flare progress) When I requested my records for a second opinion, the office manager initially told me I could not have them until treatment was complete because they were "confidential," which is not true. The records I eventually received appeared incomplete and were missing documentation of IPR that was performed during treatment. I decided to stop treatment and requested all of my records on April 11, 2026. As of May 13, 2026, I still have not received everything. The office offered me $813 after I sign a release of liability, but they still have not provided a clear breakdown explaining how my refund was calculated. Very disappointing experience overall.
