Sharie is such a beautiful soul and is one of the kindest humans I have ever met. My husband and I have stayed with Sharie 3 times now, and are never disappointed. We feel very much at home when we visit. There is nothing that we would change. The breakfast is always wonderful and is created with so much love and attention to detail. Sharie's husband does a fantastic job of creating delicious food and caters to all dietary needs. We are so grateful to have landed in Revelstoke back a few summers ago as we made attempts to escape the forest fires. Sharie had a room for us then, and we have been fortunate to snag a room with very little notice a few times since. I would highly recommend Cornerstone B&B! You won't be disappointed!

The owners, Lisa and Frank, were very kind and personable. We had the MacPherson room, and it was very cozy. With the weather quite hot, it was nice to arrive to an air conditioned room. The bed was comfy, and everything was immaculate. We appreciated their attention to detail, leaving chocolate mints by the bed and keeping the room stocked with DVDs. They also offer a laptop hooked up with internet, as well as wi-fi access, which is great if you're traveling far from home. The breakfast was wonderful! We had a seasonal fruit salad, along with fresh belgian waffles with berries and whipped cream. We will definitely be back to Revelstoke, so we'll be seeing Lisa and Frank again one day!

The sleeping room was comfortable and well appointed. It's located just a few minutes from the town, and not too far from a pub, gas station, and small mart. The breakfast was good, though small-but we're hearty eaters. The Inn keeper was waiting for us upon arrival, very sweet and warm man. We got the last room which was a twin room. Two single beds and full bathroom. It was quiet, cozy and very homey and very clean. The dining area was setup family style, guests share the table. The breakfast consisted of eggs, croissants, fresh homemade jelly, multigrain bread, fruit salad, yogurt, cheese, coffee and the freshest glass of grapefruit juice I've had in a long time. FYI: the homemade jelly can be bought. I had planned to by a jar but forgot :( The cost includes: wifi, buffet breakfast, use of the pool and hot tub. To be honest, I toyed with the idea of not writing a review for this beautiful hideaway but felt it would be selfish of me to deprive someone else of the enjoyment I had staying here. A definite must stay. FYI: the cater to wedding parties as well.

The only thing that prohibited that is the fact that several restaurants we were interested in were closed for a few evenings. Apparently our visit coincided with the end of ski season. Coffees and other beverages out 24/7 not to mention the delicious tarts left for us on check-in. No shoes Inn, which is the same as our home so we didn't mind, but just so you are aware. I would recommend they put some stickers on a few of the windows. When we pulled in an injured dove was in the parking lot, a bloody beak so we assume she ran into a window. While having our coffee the next morning in room 3, two birds hit the front window very loudly. Heartbreaking but easy enough to fix.

The unit was clean, with all of the amenities we needed for a quick night away. Beds were comfortable and for veing right beside a main high and train tracks, was fairly quiet. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because the bedroom I was staying in, in unit 7, ibthibk had or has a leak in the roof someqhere. When it rained, the dripping from either a leak or just a lousy drain eaves, was awful. It was loud and didn't stop through the night. I don't think I actually slept from 2am until the rain stopped around 6am. However the actual sound of the rain on the roof was quite soothing. I did let the girl at the office know before we left so they could check for a leak. My only other criticism would be that there were no oven mitts or grippers l. We used a pan on the barbecue and had to find towels to take the pan off. Other than those minor issues, it's a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend.
