Mike from videoland went far beyond reproducing our picture library to a viewable presentation for our event at the Olympia Children's museum. Without Mike we never would have had such a successful presentation, he ended up coming to the event, with some of his equipment and technical abilities and made sure it all worked. I would highly recommend Videoland and would use them again in the future. The prices we were charged were fair as well

The answer they gave me is what I made sure was on site for the install. They remove my old sign and put up the new one. Guess what... the sign needs twice as much as they told me they needed. Now without a sign for my business for over a month while we work through getting proper electrical to the sign, meanwhile I am getting tons of messages from the public asking why we are out of business. Multiple emails completely ignored. Solutions offered, and then retracted. Still haven't gotten any straight answers or solutions. Plus there is absolutely zero urgency to make things right. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in any industry! So bad that I actually thought I might be on the show Punk'd for a second. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity. You may also want to look at their other reviews... even the ones that say "not recommended."
