I was really looking forward to bringing my dog to this daycare, and while I appreciate that the…read morestaff was friendly, I was disappointed with how the day went. When I picked up my dog, I noticed he had not been fed his lunch. He went for a trial the week before and was not fed either. He is a puppy. He takes a minute to eat. They gave the excuse he "was probably nervous". However no matter where we are, he eats. More disgustingly there was visible feces on his fur, which was concerning and upsetting. I understand that things can get busy, but basic care like feeding and cleanliness are essential, especially when entrusting someone with a pet's well-being. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for others in the future, as I truly wanted this to be a positive and reliable place for my dog.

What really stood out was how she took the time to explain the specific traits and characteristics of our dog's breed and personality. That insight alone helped us understand our dog on a completely different level. Her training techniques were clear, effective, and easy to apply at home even though we only have few sessions. Instead of just telling us what to do, she explained why certain methods work, which made a huge difference in how consistent and confident we felt during training. You can tell she genuinely cares--not just about training the dog, but about making sure the owners are set up for long-term success. The guidance she provided has made everyday interactions with our dog so much smoother. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and effective dog trainer. Thank you Dory! Will see you soon.

Dory taught us how to teach him boundaries and how to make the crate a positive experience. Dory's in-home assessment, training tools and positive learning techniques set us up for success. We are looking forward to joining her group training as our next step. Thank you Dory for what you do!

I don't even know where to start because I have so many good things to say about CCK9. If you're…read morelooking for a dog trainer for a new puppy, these are your people. If you are looking for a dog trainer to help with problematic behaviors and bad habits, these are your people. If you think you know your dog, let me tell you from experience, you probably don't, but CCK9 does and they can help you speak the same language. Genevieve and Jordan are the dream team and will tell it to you straight. A lot of the problems we had with our very spirited, bursting with personality, smarter than both my husband and I combined, German Shepherd/Lab mix was rooted in the fact that we were trying to explain her behaviors by what other people told us about dog behavior and what we incorrectly believed. Don't listen to common misconceptions, listen to the dog whisperers. Listen to the experts. I promise you, they will not lead you wrong. Everything they said was spot on. Ella was our problem child. We adored her, but she was as naughty as they come and we just didn't know how to properly handle her. We weren't new dog owners by any means, but she needed a strong handler and they taught us how to be that for her. My biggest regret was not investing in their training sooner than we did. My husband was convinced we could teach Ella manners without professional guidance, but he soon learned that bad habits become hard to break. So off Ella went for a week of boarded boot camp with Jordan and Genevieve. They sent us so many videos showing her progress throughout the week which helped our separation anxiety and made us so excited every time we got to see what our girl was learning. The fun didn't stop there though. We continued sessions to keep our Ella learning. Let me say too, Ella LOVES Jordan and Genevieve. She gets so excited to see them that we joke they are her real parents. We love them too. We will continue to use them for Ella, our new puppy, Frank, and any future dogs we may collect over the next few years. I wouldn't make the same mistake twice. It's truly an investment into a better relationship with your family member. I tell everyone I know with a dog to call them. I'm telling you, too. I'm like a walking billboard for these people because they made such an impact on our lives with Ella. Call CCK9. They are THE BEST. You won't regret it. You will only regret not calling them sooner.
