My dad had 75 dollar credit to use at the store as part of a credit card promotion. This was the…read morenearest store for us. When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff. It looks to be a higher end athletic clothing store. It's nothing big, but nicely organized with the staff showing which area was men clothes, and which was women clothes as well. There was a small rack with discounted clothes, but it looked a bit random and didn't have the right size and color for my dad. Instead, we checked the regular priced shirts. The prices were quite expensive, with many of the shirts over 80 dollars. We saw a nice full sleeve shirt around that price. We tried it on at their nicely kept dressing room. The shirt was comfortable and looked nice enough to buy, so we checked out at the counter and bought it. It was bagged nicely with a designer looking bag. After taxes, it was about 93 dollars, and after 75 credit back, we only shelled out 18 dollars. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and needs. I also loved that there was signs showing that the respect all communities and don't discriminate. The store was easy to find as it is close to the entrance of the mall and not too far from security and bathrooms. For athletic wear, it's definitely an expensive store. However, we will be back since we get the 75 dollar credit every quarter. There are cheaper stores that also have offer athletic clothing of similar quality, but if you are wealthy, or have the credit card that provides the cash back, then I would say it's worth it. Overall: B+ (good, but could be a bit cheaper)

The coach didn't care for us as much and they just gave us the instructions and left the room multiple times. I'm the type that needs to be watched over all the time to see if I'm doing everything right bc I'm still new to working out. Also, encouraging works on me too lol So it was really disappointing. I signed up for a full body workout class (HIIT) and arrived 20 minutes early so took advantage of a tour offered by the attendant at the front desk. She was a charming tour guide and made sure I got to see the full gym, which includes a classroom for group exercises, a pilates/yoga studio, two weight rooms, a half court basketball court (soon to be full court!) and more! Coach Zain taught my class - the first gym class I have ever taken. There were about 12 of us in the room, ranging in age from mid-20's to early 70's. The classes are marketed as suitable for all fitness levels and I quickly found that to be the case. I really felt that I was in a judgement-free zone and felt no embarrassment at any time. Coach Zain led us through 6 different stations with 2 or 3 of us at each station at a time. He had tremendous awareness of what everyone was doing, kept us focused on technique and pace, and was quick to offer advice to any of us who needed it. I learned a lot from him! I've already signed up for a class next Saturday. I hope that Xymogym will be my go to start to Saturdays for a long time to come!

I'm noticing it's not being kept very clean, with dust and dirt on the ground during an 8 am class. And unfortunately, I went to buy some Toesox today because they're Buy 1 Get 1 Free for a special promotion. I chose 4 pairs and the girl at the counter said they're making her charge for the most expensive pair and giving the cheapest thing for free. So where I would've paired my $24/$22 socks and my $18/$18 socks, she charged me $24 and gave me the $18 socks for free, and wanted to charge me $22 and give me the $18 socks for free. She said that was the policy Club Pilates is making them follow. I was already charged for the first set and let her know I didn't want the others. I was honestly really bummed! I'm a member and pay more than $110 a month for 4 classes so for Club Pilates to be so stingy to get just $4 more out of me is really disappointing. And making the front desk people be the one to deliver that, especially after I was already charged, is just a shame. When there are so many Pilates studios opening up nearby, I'd encourage Club Pilates to focus on their current customer base and service before folks go elsewhere.

I've trained at a lot of places over my lifetime of being a martial arts fan, and the way these instructors stand out is they have enough knowledge to help you build your own style doing moves you like to do or that work for your body type and natural abilities. I wish every garbage can had cleaning spray available nearby so members can wipe equipment down easier between sets. During my workout, several members were sitting on equipment for long periods without really using it, which made it difficult to move through a full-body workout efficiently. Also, some of the equipment could use maintenance a few machines definitely sounded like they need to be oiled and serviced soon. Not a terrible experience, but there's room for improvement. I'd still give it another try if I'm back in the area.
