The instructors keep the kids class a fun and safe learning environment with games to develop basic skills, encourage teamwork and foster leadership skills. My boys have never really been into sports, but they love going to BJJ at Tri-city where they have become part of an awesome community on and off the mat. My experience training at Tri-city has been phenomenal! Being 42 years old and a complete novice with martial arts I had my doubts my ability to start learning Jiu-jitsu. With the help of my 3 instructors my skills and technique are constantly improving, thanks in large part to their expertise, teaching style, and patience. After every class I leave feeling energized and accomplished. Jiu-jitsu has become a family sport and has brought my kids and I closer than ever. Oh, and they do have trial classes for kids and adults! What are you waiting for? Come on in and check us out!

One of the first things they learn is how to respond politely -- "yes ma'am, no ma'am" and "yes sir, no sir" -- which sets such a great foundation for confidence and character. Over the past few months, we've watched our daughter's confidence grow so much. She looks forward to every class and is always excited to show us what she's learned. A huge shoutout to Instructor Chet, Instructor Noah, and Instructor Kelly for making the Little Tigers classes so much fun and for encouraging the kids every step of the way. Watching her progress through the belts and even overcome her fear of breaking a board has been amazing. We can't say enough good things about this program -- it's been such a positive experience for our whole family!

Before joining, he would get easily distracted and often gave up quickly when things became difficult. Over time, we've seen a big improvement in his focus, resilience, and patience. He now sticks with challenges instead of giving up, and he's learning how to stay calm and manage his emotions better when things don't go his way. These are skills that have helped him not only in Taekwondo but also in everyday life. The instructors and masters are very understanding, patient, and supportive. They take the time to guide each child and provide the encouragement they need to grow both physically and mentally. We're very grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend this school to any parents looking for a positive and supportive environment for their kids.

He also has trouble focusing at school and home, so wanted to give him something to keep busy. I wasn't looking to make him the next MMA champion or anything crazy. I just wanted him to learn to throw a punch and be able to defend himself, while also keeping him active. This place seems to be doing a good job with all of those. My son loves coming here and enjoys working out with other students. Coach David and Kru Stephanie are excellent with the students and seem to know how to tap into their potential. I like that they sometimes turn some training sessions into games to keep kids more engaged. All the students are nice too. I've been to some martial arts studios where some of the students act like thugs. I haven't seen seen any bad characters here. Kids/teens Muay Thai classes are held Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (sparring), and Saturday. Adult classes are held Monday thru Saturday. If you sign up here you can also take Taekwondo at Ferrer Academy, located on Lincoln Avenue near Moody Street. Such a small world because I used to train there over 30 years ago. Turns out the owner of this studio is the daughter of my former instructor. Tuition can be paid month-to-month or you can sign a 6-month or annual contract. Price is obviously better with longer contracts. Not sure if it's still offered but we were given a 2-week free trial period when we first signed up.

The instructors were always very patient, helpful and aware of all the kids. The overall vibe of this place was, and is still is amazing. She always felt part of the family and specially enjoyed kids fun nights. Every now and then, they had fun activities for the kids with jumpers and music which I thought was amazing and it gave the kids the opportunity to get to know each other better. After taking a one year break and as of today my daughter and I have re enrolled in the muay thai classes and we both can't wait to get started! Coach Johnson has always being extremely helpful and I appreciate that very much. It is people like him that go the extra mile to help someone better themselves and give us that extra push we ALL sometimes need. I highly recommend All In MMA for kids and adults, and I look forward to the epic trainings

We had an American kickboxing champion and a women's Olympic Taekwondo champion training there. The standard was high, the discipline was real, and the expectations pushed us to become better every single day. Master Ferrer was truly special. His leadership, patience, and passion for the art left a lasting impact on me. I trained in Taekwondo, kickboxing, and kali, five hours a day. It was demanding, exhausting, and sometimes painful, but I loved every moment of it. Those years were more than just training. They were about growth, character, and brotherhood. They taught me resilience, humility, and respect. These lessons stayed with me long after I left the mat. Master Ferrer, thank you for the memories and for the guidance you gave me during such an important time in my life. I was genuinely happy there, and I will always be grateful. My name is John Kim. I wish all gyms did this to keep feet and hands clean. Plenty of benches for parents to watch their kids. They have actual hand soap and paper towels in two individual bathrooms. Real fucking toilet paper. Changing rooms for both women and men with locker. There is even a separate room with mat space for privates.  The mat space is incredibly spacious with custom fuji mats.
