I had skin rejuvenation/micro dermabrasion and the first session of spider vein removal/broken blood vessel treatment done and although she explained there would likely be some redness for a few hours after the treatment, we were both pleased to see that my face was immediately less red after the treatment. My skin is super sensitive and chapped having suffered much from blistering sunburns and years of damage from cortisone cream so you can't imagine my delight. I'm really looking forward to the treatment and the after photo.

My friends and neighbors think it looks so natural that they want to have the same procedures. When you walk through the door, Lori and her staff offer lots of TLC. Lori is so patient and gentle and walks you through the whole procedures. My husband loves it too. Now, when he wants to go to the casino, I just change my clothes and we're out the door. I moved here recently and I originally called for an appointment, asking for an experienced tech…read moreto have my top lip, bottom chin and nose lasered for spider veins. I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.
