He hasn't quit a job until I am happy with his craftsmanship. And I've always been happy with it. I am really impressed with his professionalism. He isn't one of those contractors who promises something but doesn't deliver. I know because I have been using his services on an ongoing basis for a few years now. His philosophy is he would hate for someone to rip off his young family and he won't rip off his clients. Repeat customers and word of mouth recommendations are important to him. C takes pride in his work and takes the time to do jobs right whether big or small. He has done everything from cleaning windows to installing a bathroom in my basement from rough plumbing to what family have described as a high end hotel bathroom. And the best part is the heated floor! I didn't think we needed it. But OMG! C has done multiple jobs for me over the years.
