Hi we have a bad review of this company…read more we usually don't do this but please be aware We booked them last fall for a window cleaning after being a good customer for 3 years and they never came, not even a phone call or nothing We were told that they were short staffed and they were sorry and couldn't clean our windows but we were on top of their list for the Spring So we received an email from them that they were coming by between 3 and 5 for an estimate for this year ( why we asked since you have done our windows for 3 years now ) but we said ok and we waited and waited and they never showed up. We gave up and called another company who came the next day for an estimate and off we go I was in the customer service business for for 45 years this is a disgrace to our type of service

The inside work was fine but the outside windows were not done despite being charged 212$ for it . The screen cleaning was not done yet I was charged 36$ Do not use their service its a waste of money
