I have been there about two weeks now but I am very glad that I made this decision. I have noticed some changes in my health and mind. I no longer faint because of low blood pressure. I am getting up without an alarm clock (and it is early enough). I sleep very deep. My body is not cold any more. I am becoming more accepting and calm. The instructors are all very nice. Their approaches to yoga are different from each other. Their teaching styles also vary. But what it means is that I can always find a class that my body and mind need. Personally, I really enjoy (and learn a lot) in Lisa's and Laura's classes. I like getting feedback and correction so I really appreciate it. The studio is beautifully designed and is always clean. It is a great place to meet people, too.

Not a horrible place but you aren't "allowed" to adjust your carriage weight to what fits you/ your…read morestrength. So, if you have an injury or are super advanced maybe not the safest/ best option because if your carriage is too slippery there's not much you can do. Also, they give one wipe at the end to wipe the whole carriage/ mat and it dried out pretty quick which is probably kind of unsanitary.

The price is very reasonable when you think about it. From the Coaches, Machines, and the facilities it all gets factored in 3. No one is there to make you feel bad. There are people with all different body types trying to be healthier. 4. Get there on time, they have strict on time policies that you need to adhere to. 5. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the coaches are there for you. 6. Everyone knows each other, you will be like an outsider on your first session. Don't let that frighten you! Over time you will get to know everyone. 7. Please understand what the orange theory actually is. Many websites explain it very well so please look into it. You aren't going to get shredded just doing orange theory. 8. Overall orange theory is very worth it if you understand what you are getting yourself into.
